Stayed at the weekend and the bar food was a disgrace. The staff were all over the place, bad mannered and lacked training. The manager was useless and there seemed to be an issue with the till. Great location but eat elsewhere.

Spent 2 nights in your hotel for best friends 60th. From we arrived until we left we were impressed with the friendly staff the beautiful food and service. The bar staff the breakfast staff first class. The girls looking after our room. Lived the decor and the Love birds. My friend loves butterflies. Well done to you all.

Lovely place to stay, very clean and lovely staff.

This is not something I usually do but I booked this hotel a few weeks back for a family staycation. However the hotel has decided to cancel the reservation with no explanation. Given the times we are in and the appeals for people to support the hospitality industry actions like this don’t only hurt your own reputation but also the reputation of Irish hoteliers.

Room was lovely and spacious… staff very helpful and friendly … the breakfast was amazing though the service was a bit slow toast can 15 mins after the fry. All in all very nice stay. Would recommend and will be back again.

My partner 7months pregnant and son of 5 an I stayed here for breakaway from Galway and found this place unbelievable friday night gone, situated perfect close to my partners fav shops and restaurants, room was explicit on our 2nd night stayed in a kip in ashbourne an paid 10€ less and not close to here… Will be back again for stay.

We would like to commend the wonderful staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Blanchardstown Dublin. They are truly amazing. From the very helpful René at reception and the deputy general manager Brendan Joyle the lovely friendly bar staff Rosie, Hannah, Erica, Orla and the very entertaining barman Declan just to name a few. All the way down to the excellent housekeeping staff Svetlana. Not forgetting the excellent food from the kitchen. The Sorrentina pizza and the seafood bisque is a must try! And a special thank you to Daiana who organized a ice pack for my ankle. You all made us feel so welcome. Definitely a Hotel that deserves a 6 star rating instead of a 4! My first choice to stay if I ever get the chance to come back to Ireland. Thank you again!

Home from home love this place I stay here three or four nights a month and the staff are fantastic couldn’t recommend it enough 10 out of 10 from me.

We stayed here on the family deal. Had the best stay. All of the staff were really friendly the rooms well equipped and the most comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

Way to expensive over priced and they charge for a dash of lime 1.20 to add to an already expensive vodka and they weren’t wearing balaclavas.

Stayed sat 25th may was my first time here but definitely not my last pleasant experience from check in to breakfast staff helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble.

Stayed here for a night with my family and we absolutely loved it! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The boys in particular enjoyed the pizza making class with the chef. Convenient location too.

Loved everything about this hotel — attentive stuff, spacious and clean rooms, good housekeeping, location. Somebody left review saying that when the room is over the road the noise is horrible, that is not true. Our room was facing the road and I am a very light sleeper, the noise was not a problem at all. Highly reccomend.

Stopped in for lunch. Food excellent large portion good value for money. staff friendly and helpful. We have previously stayed in the hotel and found rooms excellent and value. Right opposite Blanchards Shopping a centre.

Rooms are fine, but services not that great. After the check in experience, everything has been largely going downhill. The breakfast is decent. But the staff interacts with you like you're in a local restaurant — they're in a hurry to serve as many people, quickly. The room service food has been overall very bad. The chicken is generally undercooked. The Pizza had more flour under the base than probably used to make the base itself. The chicken toppings tasted and smelled strange. I started getting bloated within minutes. Luckily carrying antacid that helped. Housekeeping doesn't put in fresh laundry bag and form. Multiple calls to the reception to get the bag. Inconsistent practices by staff while doing up the room. All in all, not a place I would like to come back to, if I have a choice.

The food was good. We went as a group of 14 girls and we had a set menu, was €35/pp. Very good price for a 3 course meal (food amazing). Everything was lovely and the staff very nice and pleasant. The drinks were a bit expensive for a bottle of Heineken and vodka wuth coke was € 14.90. But we had a lovely evening.

Staff seemed friendly. Good atmosphere. Wasn't staying in the hotel just dropping someone off, loads of seating for meetings and working on computer. Wouldn't mind staying there sometime. Artwork apparent throughout the lobby and hallways. Serenaded by two birds, highly relaxing. Warm and inviting for a modern hotel. Unusually business people mixed with families and it worked, 'harmony' that would be the word I would use to describe the atmosphere. Well done to the staff and management to have created such a unique place to be.

Great rooms. The inside Restaurant (fork) offers very good and abundant dishes. Fantastic Chowder! Good desserts. Very friendly staff.

Great location just a 25 minute bus ride outside if the city center. Everything you would expect from a Crowne plaza. The Sanctuary bar has good food and a nice atmosphere. We had Pat our first night and he was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel across from the shopping center across the street. The fare is €3.30 to the temple bar area. 5 minute walk to the Brazen Head pub, Dublin's oldest pub and a 14 minute walk to the Guinness storehouse. There is a supermarket in the shopping center for anything you need, and food within walking distance if you don't feel like eating at the hotel. Good choice if you want to save some money and don't mind being a little outside the city center.

Hotel is positioned very well. It is close to the airport and very well connected with the city centre. Also the premises are lovely. Rooms are clean and big enough.

Have stayed number of times u get 10 out of 10 back in hotel still top class if u are a ihg rewards Club member u are well looked after.

What a great place to stay. Staff were superb. Food in the evening was above average and the breakfast was excellent. Room was very well equipped and the local shopping was that good that the next time I stay I will bring a larger case.

Stayed for a few days on vacation for this hotel. The staff were sooooo nice. The breakfast was amazing. Several different foods for different cultures. Rooms are clean and your name is displayed on your TV when you enter. I would no doubt come back to stay again.

Lovely hotel. Me and my boyfriend went there New Year's Eve for a quiet night in and the room was beautiful. We were impressed at the room, the facilities are excellent and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The only problem was that we were put in an adjoining room next to a family who began arguing at 4am. Someone on the other side of the door that joined our rooms kept fiddling at the latch as well — they may as well have been in the room with us. The unfortunate side of our stay was that we paid a lot for that room and we could have gotten a better sleep at home. They were genuinely screaming, to the point where we felt scared to even call in and complain in case they caused even more trouble after the complaint. I know that seems dramatic but they sounded very drunk and angry. I would absolutely stay again if we had a normal room, not adjoining with a group of people we are not staying with — and we will make a point to ask for a stand alone room at the counter next time.

The only thing good about the hotels xmas party was the staff… it certainly wasn't worth the money paid for what was received… wouldn't recommend.

Had lunch in the carvery. Very tasty. Had roast lamb and it was cooked perfectly and very tender and generously carved! Lovely atmosphere and polite and attentive staff. My daughter had the beef and it, too, was delicious! 1st time there but it won't be my last!

Speedy and friendly check in provided by staff. Room's nice and quiet at night time. Good sleep quality. Got breakfast delivered to the room which was great for a tray charge of €4 plus a couple extra for a tip. Only thing that put me off was the amount kids running around the bar near to 9pm on a Saturday night. I don't think they the kids of guests staying at the hotel but the kids of the locals who like to vacate the hotel bar at weekends. Location is very good being so near Blanch centre with speedy and easy access to the M3.

One of the friendliest hotels I ever resided in. The staff makes the difference. Great breakfast. Nice rooms. Clean. A super bar and the forchetta restaurant you must visit.

Last night Hurricane Ophelia hit Dublin. All of the shops were closed by noon and everyone was told to stay put. We were planning to eat at the resturant, but only the bar was open. The skelton crew who stayed working through the night made sure we were fed, safe and catered to. Can’t tell you how helpful and friendly all of the staff have been. HIGHLY recommend staying here. I wish I could give you all 100 stars. Really top notch.

Went to the hotel for a series of training courses. Plenty of room in the hotel car park on my arrival. Meeting Room was ready to find. All the facilities were well organised.

Stayed here for 1 night to treat my daughter for her 9th birthday. Absolutely fabulous hotel. All the staff we encountered went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely time. A guy called Sean had laid out a birthday surprise in our room for my daughter. Will defo stay again and would 100% recommend it to my friends. Thanks again.

The food was great and the rooms were quite nice. We used it as our overnight spot prior to an early flight out of Dublin, so I'm not sure how easy it was to get into the city. However, it was only a 15 minute drive from the airport which was great.

Fantastic hotel. Just off motorway. Free parking for hotel guests. Stylish entrance and decor. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was great. Had a bath and separate shower. Comfortable beds. Smart TV. Delicious breakfast, great range. Made to order omelette, fried eggs, poached egg. Very impressed overall.

The hotel is nice and has got all basic components of a good business hotel — location, shuttle to business parks, good staff and food. Stayed there with family and the stay was comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread is quite large with hot and cold items and we enjoyed the same. Bar is lively and serves good drinks and snacks. The only let down was the Restaurant where although the food is good, the service was extremely slow and the staff was rude.

Well maintained twin rooms (two queen beds) so great for kids. Main restaurant and pub are good deals for deals too. Right next to Blanchardstown shopping center, a Starbucks and several restaurants. Very handy for driving anywhere. Stayed here multiple times now.

Nice room, nice breakfast. Just two issues, one night we had no water and then the following morning no electricity! This did cause some delay with our plans. They knocked off 30€ off our bill because of this…

This hotel is located in a shopping centre. A lot of diffrent bus routes come through the shopping center. No spa or pool not ideal for young kids.

It's OK for a hotel on the outskirts. Shopping centre over the road for some additional food options if you don't fancy the Resturant. Ok gym, but no pool. No exec lounge.

Stayed here on Sat 2nd. Jan 2016 with husband and 2 teenage daughters. Had a lovely 2 double bed room. Well airconditioned. Beds really comfortable. There was a bottle or red wine and fruit complimentary in the room which was a really lovely touch. The staff from the front desk to the bar to the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. Only ate breakfast here but it was delicious and went on until 11 am which is lovely to get your lie in. Everything was piping hot. Hotel really clean. The man singing in the bar was very good and not too loud. All in all had a great stay here and would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone. Great location for shopping, blanchardstown shopping center straight across the road. Loads of restaurants in this area as well to eate in. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is a great meeting point for a getaway from the shopping centre. Ideal for meeting friends for lunch or dinner. The Sanctuary bar offers excellent food at reasonable prices. Check out the carvery for lunch (get there before 3pm). Otherwise highly recommend the lamb shank for dinner, they also serve a good Guinness!

Stayed two nights here while shopping. Its ideal actually situated in retail park. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are 5 star. Bathrooms with shower and bath, nicely decorated. Forchetta restaurant in hotel is not to be missed food delicious, I had the sea bass, it was delicious. Husband had the risotto. He loved it. Restaurant was busy both nights but well staffed. Nice relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely stay there next time im in Dublin.
