All great so far food great and fresh cooked and nice beers and the staff are great too.

I came with a group of 12 and we had afternoon tea. The quality of the food presented to us was absolutely amazing, delicious and extremely fresh, like if everything was baked just before we arrived. I enjoyed the fact that there were different type of teas to choose from. The service was impeccable and the staff couldn't have done more for us. Totally enjoyed my first time in this hotel and I will be back with my family for afternoon tea, for sure. Thank you.

Great place for parties and food.

We had Holy Communion on May 7 and it's hard to describe it in words how beautifully everything was prepared. The room was wonderful, the food was delicious, the attractions for children were great. It was our first time and not the last. Contact with Klaudia was great, she answered emails very quickly and also called when I asked her. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. I am delighted and thank you from the bottom of my heart for this beautiful day. I will recommend this place to everyone.

There aren't enough words to describe how well you are treated in the Carlton. All the staff is super friendly and try to accommodate your needs. From reception to the bar and restaurant. Special word for Steven, who was tireless to make sure I always had a shuttle to and from the office back to the hotel. Definitely recommend!

My birthday was ruined. I was asked to have my drink in the lounge and I could order another. When we moved to the lounge, the staff would not serve us. Would not recommend.

From our first phone call to reservations to checking out this morning we had nothing short of 5* treatment. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms definitely have the wow factor. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and we really enjoyed our dinner and breakfast.
Such a family friendly hotel only 20 minutes from Tayto park with Blanchardstown shopping centre just 4km away. Thanks again for such an enjoyable stay. We will most definitely be back again.

Just home from a fab 2 night stay I was a lucky competition winner I couldn’t use my prize due the pandemic but they honoured my voucher and every single staff member we met over our stay were just amazing so helpful and friendly the hotel is spotless and our room was so spacious as for my vegan curry 20/10 — the hotel is in a great location that nothing is too far away — we will be back thanks a million 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay at the carlton hotel last night. From the staff on reception to the bar staff and the breakfast staff the next day we never felt more catered to we were able to sit back, relax and enjoy our night away so thanks so much the hotel has an absolute great atmosphere off it, so many people staying there and enjoying their time.

Two of my grownup children and myself stayed here last weekend. As soon as I walked into the hotel it felt warm and inviting.
The rooms were really lovely, very comfortable, the staff looked after us in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner, they are a credit to the CARLTON group, especially Kevin, the duty manager.
It was a very busy weekend with communions still going on and the staff were run off their feet, but they dealt with their customers and guests so well.
It felt like a home from home. I look forward to staying there again sometime and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Stayed overnight last night after a long day at tayto park. Staff were amazing & a special thanks to Mary for putting up with our kids half the night during our late dinner. We will defo be back had a great stay. Zac and Carter said thank you for everything & the ice cream especially.

Had great ease of booking on hotel website and I had a few queries under the circumstances currently and nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed at this hotel before and looking forward to our upcoming stay having been informed by Gianina of anything I needed to know. Very pleasant and efficient service.

The staff are fantastic and the food is top class.

I cannot thank the staff enough for making my Mum's birthday that little more memorable. We stayed on a DB&B basis and it was perfect after a day shopping. Thank you for being so courteous we will be back.

Really like this hotel. Staff like Trudy go above and beyond and you can tell take their jobs seriously! Great customer service from all staff — stayed here twice and couldn’t recommend enough! Food is very nice we ate in the bar and good selection of beverages. Dublin centre hotels can be a nightmare! This is a gem in Blanchardstown and shuttle bus to the airport! My mother got married here on the 8th september and have to say the staff could not do anymore for us they were so good and have to say Sarah and Mary who looked after it all for the big day done great job to make sure it all went well and we could not fault it in anyway the room was lovely and food was lovely I got married here 9years ago and it still as good as it was back then the rooms are lovely can not fault it in anyway would hìghly reccommend this hotel to anybody if looking to book a wedding get onto Sarah and she will be sure to aort everything for you will be back soon thanks again.

Stay overnight for my son communion with family had shared communion lunch which is fantastic and ideal the children love it and entertainment was great the buffet was great few choices to choose from staff are really nice overall had really enjoyable stay will be back soon.

Stayed here last week for a family breakaway and it was fabulous, friendly staff, delicious food and gorgeous rooms. Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay! Very professional and beautiful spacious rooms. Staff were beyond excellent. The transfer to the airport was brilliant, our flight was delayed and the staff were exceptionally helpful. A special mention to Emma on reception who was extremely helpful, kind and professional. Well done to the whole team.

Food service very slow, no food before 1pm, forgot daughters glasses and want to charge €14 to post out after spending alot of money between room and food at the weekend.

Honestly would have given it five stars if they'd had USB ports beside the bed. At least a normal socket. It's like they wanted to make it impossible for me to charge my phone beside my bed. Otherwise reasonably priced, friendly staff, great breakfast options etc. They even had Dyson air purifiers, which I thought was amazing and a really nice touch as I suffer quite badly with allergies. Would recommend and would stay again. But I would suggest to the hotel management that they consider installing normal sockets with USB ports beside customer's beds.

I was staying here for work but became I'll during my stay. The hotel was great in helping to look after me. They got a doctor and my prescription, extended my stay and we're generally great.

We had a garden wedding in the Carlton in June and had an absolutely amazing day. The garden was transformed into something from a fairytale and every aspect of the day was given care and attention. The food was fabulous, the rooms were quality and the staff were always willing to go out of their way to accommodate our needs. Given the attention needed in wedding preparation, we were very fortunate to deal with such pleasant and helpful staff throughout the process. Truly exceeded all of our expectations.

We stayed one night there because our connecting flight got cancelled. Nice somewhat posh hotel far from Dublin's center. Front desk provided us with vouchers for 3 meals and, per request, an adapter for phone charger. Rooms were convenient. Maximum TV volume: 40: too low for me to hear well. Dining room offered a rather good selection. The extras there were too expensive for me. The hostess there was nice at first but then turned sour. I reckon she's about 40 and of South Asian descent. The tea was so dark, I confused it with coffee, but didn't taste overly strong. Perhaps this is an Irish thing.

Nice friendly helpful staff. Bar food is lovely, but the carvery has been cold several times and sometimes a bit dry. Chef and staff are lovely though. Reasonable prices, nice comfortable atmosphere.

A 7 storey sore thumb sticking out of the ground in West Dublin. It's fine once you are inside, but it is difficult to get to if you don't drive and not much going on unless you bring a big crowd with you. Might be good for business meetings/conference. We attended some light afternoon entertainment and found it devoid of atmosphere. The canapés were nice though.

Great dinner, breakfast and staff were great. Location for tayto and zoo good as well. Rooms and furniture were quite tired though and carpet stained. Bedclothes and bathroom spotless.

Food and bar — good. Rooms — okay. Checkout — not so good.

Acceptable hotel but nothing special. Rooms don't have enough lights and the taps have ridiculous water saving faucets that just spray water all over you. Clean rooms but they are a bit tired b.

Lovely hotel address a bit obscure as sat nav could not pick up. Managed to arrive safe pleasant and accommodating staff and management. Excellent breakfast selection bar menu however needs to offer a bit more variety and choice that said what we ate was warm well presented and delicious. Could do with broader selection of sandwichs small portions were very large so I would not like to see the large portion.

Staff member was lovely but lunch ordered at 230 arrived at 310. We were the only customers there. Only a couple of sandwiches not a number of meals. Waited so long and then food was disappointing. Would not go there for lunch again.

Nice place to stay near Blanchardstown area. Has its own very good pub downstairs. Good food. The city bus stop is right next to the hotel entrance.

It looks better than it is. Spacious bedroom with huge bathroom was enjoyable. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was noisy between the fridge circulating, the extraction fan constantly on and the loud neighbours next door. Food in the restaurant was excellent but the waiting time was endless.

Myself and my partner entered the 102 Carlton hotel wedding competition and as finalists we received a complementary night and dinner for two which we used yesterday 26/3/18 as it was my birthday. All the staff were so friendly and polite to us from the girls at reception to Brendan our host for dinner that evening and the staff in the bar, we were given special treatment when they heard it was my birthday but some of the staff remembered us from the competition. The food was faultless and so appetising and the rooms were comfy cosy and clean. Thank you for your lovely hospitality for both times we have spent at your hotel and we will return again and would recommend your hotel to family and friends.

Clean and modern. Great restaurant and bar inside. Hotel is located near Dublin airport about a 20 minute drive from downtown Dublin.

Lunch selection very good and reasonably priced.

The choices at dinner were not many… but good. No fruit or milking for the evening as Irish cakes.

A good place to stay if u have a bussines around Blanchardstown or if have to work around Blanchardstown… Far from the city, only way to travel quick it's by taxi or a bus, wich could take up to an hour to get in the city… Not a good place for weekends.

Pretty neat hotel right next to big shopping malls in a safe location. Italian Breakfast buffet which is totally recommended.

Stayed there for my first time last year in March, very good value reasonable price, unlike some city hotels are very expensive. And the staff are very welcome and friendly and good bar staff, and nice spacious rooms, that is why I am booked In again for two nights on paddy's weekend. Definitely recommend it.

I was there in coference in IASI awards. It was done amazing in professional. The tea breaks food and gala dinner food will stay in my memory for long long. I will definitely return there to stay and will enjoy lovely tasty dinner. Regards for the team. Thank you so much!

Booked the whole entire downstairs for a double communion in may 2018 back in June 2017. Promised the sun moon and stars. They We're informed that no expenses spared. Viewed the function on 2 separate occasions. Changed their event manager twice. Lost our booking and contact details even though they had 3 contact number and 2 email address they then offered us half a room (other half was let out to differnt party) and now do not have the availability they originally promised us. Went higher about this to management who assured us their actions were correct as we paid no deposit this all happened November, 7 months b4 our chosen date. We were assured we need no deposit til january as we were way too early on our booking No apology for ruining our girls day or no leeway towards us. Jeopardised our whole day all because they can't keep their staff. Appalling management who think it's ok to treat customers like shit.
I will never step foot in this place again as their treatment towards customers is dog ignorant.

Our flight got cancelled & we got out up in this lovely hotel. The staff were super friendly & made our stay as comfortable as possible. They even organised a little breakfast bag for us as we were leaving very early!

Very nice, relatively new hotel. All I was looking for and more. Very handy for the airport and that means it's it close and plenty of air traffic near to hotel.

Large rooms, clean and good facilities. Wifi a bit in and out. Excellent breakfast, good shuttle service to airport and bus link into city centre.

Perfect for my three night business trip. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll stay again if I'm working at the same place again.

Very close to Dublin airport with shuttle service. Clean, large rooms, bar in lobby with good beer selection, and well priced. Free car parking as well. A good option if you want to be near the airport.

Room has outlets for German/French plugs, US and Ireland/UK at the desk! Even if you have adadters, this extends the number of outlets available to you. Nightstands don't have outlets, so don't plan on charging your mobile device next to you. I use mine as a clock and alarm, so I found this less than ideal. Coffee bar is great and the served food is good. Beds are comfortable, although the pillows are a bit firm. The pillows are very typical here, however. My kettle/watercooker was clean… always a plus. The bath has BOTH a tub and a shower, both well sized.

We recently stayed in this lovely hotel whilst availing of the Stay/Park and Fly package and cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived and saw how well kept the grounds and landscaping were and then to the welcoming atmosphere at reception, the standard was set. During our brief stay we met Kevin, John, Ray, Brendon and many others who were most courteous and happy to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. This attitude permeated throughout the hotel and is indicative of a management team who respect and value their customers. The shuttle service to the airport is super efficient and friendly. As for the breakfast and the service team… Simply superb!

Beautiful Hotel, Free Gym and friendly with a regular Bus service every 10 minutes, only 2 minute walk to Tyrrelstown Main Street and only 15mins Drive to Dublin Airport, Ideal for People staying in Dublin for a few Days. With The National Sports Campus within a 2 min drive. Staff where always friendly and polite.

Amazing, staff was very kind and always helpful. Food was delicious and well prepared. The beds were always cleaned whilst away and the accommodation was great.

Amazing is all I can say. Staff are beyond friendly and most accommodating and rooms were refreshed and replenished everyday. Cannot recommend this place enough thanks to all the staff for an amazing visit and see you all next year.

The facilities in my room were fantastic — tea and coffee, a large bath and great walk in shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel really well decorated and very plush. The reason for 3 stars is the service in the restaurant was really bad. We were left waitin for ages for food. The food was ok.

A Lovely hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, the Tayto park package was great value and included tickets and a packed lunch for the park, the food was good the hotel was stylish and comfortable.

I am Beyond disgusted to hear that slimming world is no longer allowed in this hotel. Because as the hotel putting it "not the image they want to portray" we are now in a world where a hotel thinks it's ok not to portray a healthy eating plan and a good body image. I can't image what's going to come next in the world. I also live very close to the hotel and would go for drinks and food there very often but not any more.

Very disappointed with the way this hotel has treated the local community. Kicking our slimming world group out with immediate effect as it didn't suit your image! What a terrible attitude to have. You should remember that the local community supported you, recommended you to friends and family and spent their money in your hotel. And now the local community will tell everyone to spend their cash where they are appreciated as loyal customers because we certainly won't be …stepping foot inside your hotel again.
As a hospitality establishment it says a lot about your management skills, every good hotelier knows repeat business is gold. I hope it gets very lonely for you up there on your high horse… image indeed!

Dreadful. Staff is incompetent (lost my laundry). Much nicer hotel five minutes away from different chain. Do yourself a favor and save agravation, stay somewhere else.

My visit was one night before departing from Dublin airport. Beautiful hotel and well maintained, but the front of house staff is poorly trained. It is too far from the airport and does not offer a shuttle service. Taxi to and from the airport is 30 Euro, so factor that into your hotel selection.

Hustler! We have been overbooked to flee!
We arrived at this hotel at 2pm, we were told that our room was not ready, to leave our business in a corner of the reception to go for a stroll in Dublin (bus in front but still has 50 mn from the center) when we came back at 9pm… more room… not Real explanations… a blow it was broken… a freer shot… and they parachuted us to 45 km from the airport instead of 10 giving us a shabby plan printed with a rest of ink cartridge, in another hotel that the manager found for us… pa s nice to pick up the car and go back to the countryside at 21:30 and the next day, no time to lunch considering that you had to make the road to the airport (which one had paid in advance) in short whatever the reason, flee… they are not friendly and not competent!
