A terrible experience. The female receptionist is extremely rude and the manager is very unprofessional. Their response to everything was "that's just the way it is" without offering a solution. Water was leaking from the pipes in the bathroom and the bathroom floor was always covered in a puddle. The whole room smelled moldy. I waited hours for simple room service after calling repeatedly, due to unorganised staff. The cleaning team was awful and didn't know how to make a bed decently, food in the buffet was not fresh the salmon made me sick. The music downstairs was loud enough to be heard at the top floor and went on all night. The jacuzzi and pool wasn't heated, the water was very cold and smelly. Take your business elsewhere!
Once we had lunch there, they have a perfect staff, they cooked very delicious and various foods. We were 8 people, it was open buffet restaurant. I really liked Barbeque over there. The staff was very nice.

The worst hotel ever I booked by wego and the booking confirmed and after that they didn’t accept the booking! They even not accept to send email that they didn’t accept the booking …. Take care don’t book this hotel … the money were deducted and they refuse to give room or to do any action … this is scam.
