Classy Hotel Erbil

The receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming, it felt like an interrogation everytime I had to ask for something. An emergency happened and we had to stay an extra night whoever I was in the hospital and couldnt pay straight away so she thought the best action was to call the room and ask my little brother for money even mentioning he went out to get water and snacks for our 6 year old brother.

The food is to good and the the staff is very lovely ☺️

One of my favorite place in erbil and that hotel never disappointed me,, I feel home perfect fort both business and chill time trip. Hotel have many spot to work on MacBook and have option to enjoy your drink. It’s in AnkawA.

The hotel was recommended to us by family members. The stay started with a pleasant experience. The bathrooms were very tired and the quality of the finish due to lack of maintenance is deteriorating. As we were checking out the front desk people told us that three bottles of liquor were opened and left in the fridge. We informed them that we do not drink and we did not touch those bottles. The insisted that we were the ones to do it. Beware of thieves, this could have been any of their service providers that used the mini fridge and they are charging their guest for minimal fees. Stay away from this hotel.

Be aware of thieves, they charge us for items from the mini bar that they were employees had used. It's a tactic used by the hotel staff to charge the guest extra fees.

I booked it randomly using Google Hotels' search, and it was beyond what I expected! very professional customer service and clean rooms with so many small details in the room that I do appreciate since I travel a lot. I pay attention to it. I highly recommend this hotel due to the strategic location as well.

A hotel with plenty of decent rooms, restaurants, pool and bar in Ankawa, Erbil. Quiet place. Decent bar with very light music far better than most of loud bars in town. Food is good, portions seem could be improved to match up their price list 😜 likewise the liquors too 😇
Bar and restaurant recommendable to have a chat and drink/eat! Keep eye on your bills, even if you’re drunk 😌😉

By far one of the best 4 star hotel in Ainkawa. Super clean rooms, very friendly staff, they speak well English. The restaurant & bar is great too. The food is fresh with excellent service. The pool, sauna & steam room is one of the best in town. Highly recommended.

The classy hotel is as classy as its name. Friendly staff.

The service was so bad and the rooms are to much could, theres no sandal&towelsfor the bath even some times The water goes offthe food so expensive & and not even delicious.

A place where staff is not treated with respect can never be a respectful place, just look at the employees accomodation house, it is almost like a pigsty, shame we live in a world where people like you treat others like slaves and want them to work too hard for too long at very low salary.

A wonderful and very quiet place. But it is necessary that the entrance to the hotel is direct to the reception, not what currently exists, so when you enter it is as if you are entering a restaurant.

Really lovely hotel in Erbil. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. I also absolutely loved the health suite — a gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The food was also yummy — huge portions though! I hope to stay again.
