Really lovely hotel in Erbil. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. I also absolutely loved the health suite — a gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The food was also yummy — huge portions though! I hope to stay again.

For those who cares about test should try the Greek gril! fantastic.

Food and hospetalety are a rare thing hear in erbil… classy hotel lives up to its name … classy…

Good in general, rooms are big, AC is not very good, restaurant buffet is average (can be better) l, meetings room is small and again they need to work on getting their AC system better.

This review is for the lobby bar & restaurant only: Established expat hangout. Good place to sort of sit back and watch the humanitarian/UN crowd mingle. Maybe pre-game here before migrating over to the "Teacher's Club for Families. " Otherwise, nothing special. Over-priced cocktails and Tuborg from bottles.

Best hotel in Erbil. Clean and well maintained. Great service and friendly staff. Good food and great cocktails. Highly recommended.

Great rib eye angus steak meal. Cooked to perfection. Accomodated my meal request although restaurant opening at 7pm. Great. Really well priced meal. Will diffenantly be back.

Nice people, secure, clean, professional staff, and a nice buffet. All Very good and located in a good location near US Consulate and the airport, etc. Wifi.

Happy hours but Nuts taste old, over priced, no good value for money. However, well located, nice layout.

My favorite salad in the city is the Greek salad there, it's delicious and huge. The atmosphere is calm and the ac is good.

Something weird happened, I've known a very friendly staff member the first night of my stay and suddenly he started to avoid me the next day for absolutely no reason … I think that was a fake friendliness!

Fantastic location in the centre of Ankawa, the lobby is always full with people for coffees but it's the Greek Grill Restaurant that is the shining glory of the hotel. You will not be disappointed about service or any of the food you choose. The quality is excellent and the steaks are perfectly cooked, the portions are very generous.
