Blue Moon Hotel

I got a suite, the rooms fine however the mattress is so hard. The shower water is freezing cold and wont turn hot. Honestly it is not worth 100$ and there is no mirror only one in the bathroom no vanity atleast and the view of the 2 single bed room literally looks like a jail cell. And for breakfast its included so its like 30$ of your money for absolute dissapointment. There are very few options and most of what they have its all leftovers from the days before there are boiled eggs that were fully blue probably couldve been there for a year and coffee isnt free you have to pay for everything you order. They have all old cake and leftovers just sat out, I do not recommend the breakfast at all. 2.5/10 Also most of the lights in the room dont work there are 0 bedside lamps or anything and the bathroom smells like sewage. Very loud car and other sounds of construction cars and annoying loud shoving sounds coming from the roof.

I would like to give 10 stars for the service. During our holiday my laptop power adapter broke. The staff organized a mechanic to repair it. This kind of hospitality was amazing. Also everyone around was very helpful with a huge amount of hospitality. Thanks for this.

I spent two days at this hotel, and my experience was a mixed bag of satisfaction and disappointment. On the one hand, I appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, but unfortunately, their management system for handling pets was lacking. Despite being pet-friendly, the staff would often comment or stop us when we walked by the reception area with our dog, telling us to either lock our dog in the room or leave. This didn't make sense, especially since our dog was well-trained and never caused any issues. To make matters worse, the staff would sometimes claim that other customers had complained about our dog, which seemed unfair considering we were paying customers too. The rooms were spacious but poorly maintained and dirty. The bathroom was leaking water, and when I reported the issue, the staff promised to fix it within an hour, but it took longer and wasn't done properly. On the positive side, the receptions Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. However, the hotel was overpriced and not well-maintained. With better management, hygiene, and maintenance, this hotel could be a great option for pet owners.
