Worst service at their spa lounge.
I couldn’t find words to describe this experience.
Never coming back again…
Expect the worst from their service team.
No one is around, and the server of the spa which was Indian, just says all works and leaves….
No smile, felt sooo not welcome.
This is my second time staying at this hotel for a business trip.
It's a nice hotel—not a luxury one, but it offers decent service at its level and is in a good location.
I will come again!
