Hotel Sipan1 presents a refined experience in Erbil. The hotel provides access to numerous amenities designed to enhance a visitor’s stay. Situated a short distance from the city’s core – approximately 3 kilometers – it balances accessibility with a tranquil setting. This establishment caters to a broad range of travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
I visited with high expectations based on the photos, but unfortunately, the reality didn't quite match. While the rooms looked new and spacious in the pictures, they were actually quite small and lacked proper ventilation.
There is a significant need for better cleaning and hygiene, especially in the bathroom areas.
On the bright side, the dining area had a lovely atmosphere and a great view, though it was a bit cramped. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
I thank the reception staffs; they were helpful and friendly.
Location is perfect. It’s near many cafes, restaurants.
If the physical conditions of the facility are improved, it could offer a much better experience.
