Banoj Hotel

The location is kind of good, the staff were welcoming, but the rooms weren’t very good, old broken furniture, the lights of the room were not pleasant that might made you feel nervous as they were very shiny white with the low ceiling, if you ask for help they be late or forget, the breakfast was delicious and the chef was very kind lovely woman. In the end the cost value was not fair.

The hotel itself is excellent. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the little extras in the lounge, like the free fruit. The pool and gym are very nice, which made the stay even better. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old, but everything is very clean.

Poor service. I had a AC problem during my stay. I called the service twice and there was no response.

We were there on a family vacation and can therefore warmly recommend the hotel. All the staff were helpful and accommodating especially a guy called zerevan and a girl who sat behind the counter whose name I don't know. The hotel is close to everything.

Room is dirty, pool is deep and my sisters hand got scratched bc of the floaties, the girl worker is mean rude and won't give us our money back so fire her please, gym is small, sauna and chackuzi do not work.

Found this hotel on booking. Com and it looked nice from the photos and write up when we arrived all looked nice from the reception but as we were approaching our rooms doubts started! There was 8 of us in total we had a family room, triple room and double all linen and towels were included. All rooms were adequate and had the basics but there was also quite a few negatives-: Family room had no privacy between the childrens and adults sleeping area, all rooms looked clean but on deeper inspection they were dirty and needed a good clean i. E there was a lot of dirt and litter underneath the beds and sofa and the net curtain was filthy and instead of being white was actually grey, there was only 1 plug socket, some of the lights didn’t work in the room, the bathroom tap was so stiff you had to literally force it, the air con didn’t work and on the family room door look was broken. Breakfast was included and you could either go to the restaurant or room service we had room service and to be honest the food was cold and tasteless. It states this is a 4* hotel this in my opinion is only a 3* at best I definitely would not recommend and I would say the staff need training on how to clean thoroughly and rooms could do with an upgrade.
