A wonderful hotel with kind, attentive, and respectful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with varied dishes and a special taste. I have stayed in five-star hotels before, but this place felt even better. It brought back childhood memories and warm feelings. You can truly feel that everything is done from the heart. Excellent job!

It was a really nice hotel and I truly enjoyed my stay.
The location is great and very close to the city center.
One of the best things was the breakfast view, it was beautiful and relaxing.
I also loved the design of the hotel, especially the traditional and old heritage items inside the hall, which gave the place a special and authentic feeling.
The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything is well organized. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which made my stay really enjoyable. A nice place to stay in Erbil, clean and the rooms don't smell. The best location is the top-notch restaurant, you can see everywhere. The staff is very respectful. For a city hotel, I would say Vote Hotel.

We spent three nights at the Hotel Vote. We found all the staff extremely warm and helpful. The room was relatively small but very clean, and the beds provided a restful and comfortable sleep.
An absolute highlight is the breakfast buffet: very varied, generous, and a true feast for the eyes and palate.
We really appreciated being able to park our motorcycle in the garage.

Definitely the best place in Erbil! The staff is so kind and speak great English (good for foreigners). The rooms are amazing and especially for the price you can’t get better in this city. The included breakfast is amazing as well. They are also super helpful with every request I had and they even kept my stuff safe for me when I went traveling for a few days. I loved my stay and actually kept extending/coming back! My new go to place here in Erbil city 🙏💛

My wife and I stayed at the Vote hotel during a recent visit to Erbil. The value is one of the top reasons we chose this particular hotel. The location is very good and it's close to the airport as well as Ankawa, where there are a lot of dining options. The staff is perhaps the best I have seen in years at any hotel anywhere! They really worked exceptionally hard, and we had no issues. As an American, I would recommend the Vote Hotel to any visitor. It's top notch on service!

I had a good time at Vote Hotel. I booked it because it was cheap, and did not expect much. But turned out to be pretty great for the price.
The room came with a mini fridge, free water, toiletries and even a shoe shine kit. Bed was comfortable and clean. The outdoor sofas was great to catch a bit of sun.
Special thanks to Rudy and Sufism in the reception. They was both truly professional and accommodating. Always being met with a smile after arriving back to the hotel.
I will come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Vote with my partner. The staff were so kind, making us feel at home and going the extra mile to help with any questions about Erbil. The breakfast room is decorated beautifully with an excellent view. I have never seen such an amazing selection of healthy breakfast foods before. The hotel is located close to nice shops, and you can walk to the citadel from the hotel. If we visit Erbil again, we’ll be back! ❤️

The service at this hotel is absolutely excellent. A great group of staff that are efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is very well managed in all respects. For the price I paid via advanced booking through an online accommodation provider, which was $135 and included an exceptional breakfast (a great selection of foods, and one of the best to-date), there is no way I can find fault with the value. I booked an economy room which came with a television, fridge, wardrobe, fire exit, telephone, and slippers, soaps and toothbrushes were also provided. The 5th floor cafe is charming, truly.
For tourists I would recommend bringing dollars for hotels and larger purchases and bringing other dollars for exchange. The street rate at the time of writing was 1, 480 Iraqi Dinar per dollar compared with an official rate of 1, 310. Because of this, prices will be higher in Iraqi Dinar for larger or more "Western" purchases or businesses (For example, at the Erbil British Princes Pub where it is 'Happy Hour' all day and drinks are very reasonable our bill for 6 pints of beer was $27 but 20% more in Dinar. I also recommend downloading Careem Taxi mobile app. (Like Uber) and Talabat food delivery app. (Like Uber Eats).
The airport transportation options are a scam. The fixed price is $25 for a 7 minute drive per person!
