We visited three weeks ago.
Room was clean. Cold.
Room service is good.
There was a free pool hour for each family.
This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is in terrible condition from inside, the furniture is extremely old and worn out, the elevators are ancient and painfully slow, and there is absolutely no soundproofing, so you can hear every bit of noise from the street all day and night long.
What made the stay even worse was the restaurant staff. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright annoying. Instead of being welcoming, they came across as dismissive and impolite, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Overall, the place feels neglected and poorly managed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else; you’ll thank yourself later.

We stayed at Hotel Ararat in February and our experience was truly unforgettable. The hotel was excellent for the price but the very best part were the staff.
The gentleman at the reception was the most amazing and friendliest person we have ever encountered in a hotel. He always helped us and always managed to improve our mood. The same goes for the young gentleman who worked at the bar and also helped around the hotel.
We would like to sincerely thank them for a wonderful stay and all the hotel staff who made our time there so pleasant. Thank you from Slovakia we will definitely come back.
