I had a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I've been served by Dwi and Julian barista of SPX Lounge on The 101 Hotel Palembang Rajawali. Its nice and cozy. Dwi And Julian served me well and warm.

​The rooms are excellent, and spotlessly clean.
​However, the real highlight here is the breakfast!

My recent stay at The Arista in Palembang was truly enjoyable. For a five-star hotel, I found the pricing to be quite reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Rooms are large and have balconies.
Restaurant buffet was great. Good variety of western and indonesian dishes. The ambiance was excellent too.

Good place and comfy to stay.
But only got 1 lack which is no spa available.
Food is delicious and variative.
Too bad we got room with one smell bathroom.
Everything else are great.

I think this is the best hotel in town. It has really good environment with green forest-like garden around and a swimming pool in the middle.

Lovely hotel and experience! The rooms and pool are gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! Mayang and Dito took very good care of us while we were eating for over 2 hours.

Almost all eateries and evening entertainment are in 1 location.
The street food was wonderful and the taste was wonderful. Just be cautious on pick pockets while in the Transmart outlet.

Stayed here a couple times already and the service was good every single time. Filling and a variety of breakfast options. Reliable housekeeping service. Great staff. Convenient area all around.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Initially, I thought I made a mistake choosing a hotel located a bit far from the city.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is quick, and I was even offered an upgrade to a room with a great view of the city of Palembang.

We had a workshop last year in Aryaduta Hotel. The room was cozy, and they cleaned it everyday. The service was good, we had coffee n tea in our room.

Old but gold. The hotel is located in Palembang’s prime location where you can easily find two malls within 500 metres.

The food (incl the breakfast) in the restaurant is very nice. Also the waiters are very service orientated. The staff at check in wasn’t very welcoming or helpful.

Hotel is good, near mosque, clean room, great breakfast, only minus with the park area that is small.

My experience at Monoloog Hotel Palembang was truly outstanding. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, always with a warm and welcoming attitude.

I have stayed in one of Red Planet chains before and I had pleasant stay. Overall, my one night stay here is very comfortable.
The room is expected to be small, because it is a city and cheap hotel.

Breakfast ayce worth it, taste is good overall, and quality is fresh. Serve with hygiene. Room is clean, staff serve with fast too for problem in room like cards or Wi-Fi.

Nice food, much option and great taste. Room is good for a 3 star hotel. Location is quite strategic. Restaurant on the first floor, is a plus.

I visited Palembang from Japan and stayed here for 3 days.
I was truly impressed by the kindness, sincerity, and professionalism of the staff.

Over all is OK, very convinience place and easy access to the mall. There are available indomaret and transmart near by the hotel. I recommend it. 👍

Just got back from Batiqa Hotel Palembang, stayed in room 620 from 7 Sept to 11 Sept, and I have to say—the staff were amazing!

Room (upgraded one) is spacious, clean, many options for breakfast. Good.

Great valuable hotel which is near to Pim, market and some culinarry stop & store. But I booked with no breakfast inclyded. My poor… thanknyou Palembang.

Location strategic and Convenient. Nearby to the mall and eateries.

Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights.
Things could have been improved are the parking lot, which is not nig enough, and the resraurant space for breakfast.
