Really feel comfort stay here. I enjoy this hotel. So recommended.

My second stay after 4 years ago. The area is now surrounded with coffee shops, some local resto and some shops. Enough to feel the local atmosphere of Palembang. The gym and pool are good for exercise (although they repaired the pool and closure during my stay). Overall, for business traveler this hotel is good to rest and offer all needs a business people can expect to have during the stay.

Nice Hotel, the price is not excessive, great breakfast, nice and clean rooms but pity that at this time they are renovating the property so you can hear the noise even at night. A great Pity.

Hotel in maintenance, until 3 o'clock in the morning noises of all kinds. Cleanliness of the rooms of low level, courteous staff.

Very disappointed, I can't have some rest in afternoon and tonight the renovation still going on. Now 22.30, how come I get some rest if the workers still continue their work. Please be considered to customer service and satisfaction. I have been here not only once before. Thanks.

Nice and clean room, variation on the breakfast menu. Currently under construction on some parts of the building, drilling noise years until 10 pm.

A cozy place for stays with a moderate price. However the breakfast supervisor seem less care about the food utensils. Stained cup and pitted bowl still in services.

This is my third time staying here (they say third time is a charm). Strategic place, easy to find food, cozy and spacey also. Next time I visit Palembang, I will surely choose Grand Zuri. Special thanks for Tasya for being so resourceful and helpful.

Had a great stay at Grand Zuri and staff and people were very friendly and helpful. Chef explained the food displayed and staff (Gumay) also came forward to ensure that we had an excellent dining experience. There is live music every night (except Sunday) and every Sat there is buffet spread. The nearby shops selling pempek are delicious too! About 40min to airport and 20min to city centre. ❤

Nice hotel, clean, neat, spacious room and quite spacious bathroom, small refigerator and hair dryer are provided at each room, good location, a lot of restaurant nearby, only few minutes away from ampera bridge, friendly staff, The food is good, buy not better than the hotel beside this grand zuri, The gym is above average despite of 'not so new' dumbbell and other gym equipment, but there are plenty of treadmill which, The parking lot is quite limited though.

Nice hotel with strategic location. Great and various breakfast. Excellent service. Highly recommended hotel to stay while you are in Palembang. You can go across the street to enjoy nice coffee.

I stayed for a week. Every night my sleep had been disturbed by incredibly loud music from the lounge well into the night. My room was on 5th floor and the lounge is at mezzanine level. After I complained they moved me to the 7th floor and I could still hear the loud music. Staff was apologetic but not willing to do anything about it. I sent email to management and did not get any response. If you are jet lagged and in need of a good night sleep, it is not the hotel for you.

The place so beautiful and comfortable. They have cool restaurant and cheap beer. In here I take IELTS Test, the room so great.

Pros: Room is comfy. Internet is very, very good. Services are satisfactory. Staffs are professional… the receptionist even kindly reminded me that the room was a non-smoking area, which is good because I don't like people who smoke near me :) Cons: There were no complimentary drinks (aka the usual two bottles of mineral water) in the room when I checked in. And man, not everybody feels comfortable using bidet… I prefer good old hose and water spray : (

Grand Zuri Palembang 3 stars hotel with 4 stars standards. Friendly staff and love the half indoor half outdoor swimming pool. Will definately come back.
