The best experience! Did a 3 day trekking with Dino and Vandi. They took such good care of us. We saw a lot of monkeys and they really did their best to take us to the best spots.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious as well.

This guest house is certainly a gem in the jungle right next to the Bohorok riverbend.

Great place to stay in Bukit Lawang!

We had the best time at Green Travellodge! Lovely people and a very nice and clean accomodation. The high light was our jungle trek with our amazing guides Randy and Anto, and the amazing chef Alfi!

It was excellent at the Green Travel Lodge. I would definitely book with them again, and a huge thank you to the guides and Ezzi and Haikal – they did a perfect job!

What a friendly place! Great central location right on the river, restaurant with river views. I came here 40 odd years ago and still love the place.

Great experience staying here, it’s a simple place, very clean and hospitable. I felt safe as a solo woman traveller and the food is great too. Run by a family of women! Support this local business.

Happened across Lawang Inn restaurant looking for some local flavours. Chicken Lawang and Ikan Terik with eggplant & anchovy both delicious & spiced to your liking.

Amazing little homestay run by the nicest family. They accept you in as family. Food was 10/10. Please get the semur curry. It’s exactly what you need after a few days trekking.

We started off our journey on Sumatra in this homestay and it was the best start we could wish for! This family owned place is so cosy and the hosts are amazing and caring.

Amazing accomodation on the top of the village of Bukit Lawang overseeing the wonderful nature surrounding it. We did a 3D2N jungle trek and were amazed by the whole experience.

We stayed at Rambai Tree Jungle Huts during our time in Bukit Lawang and could not recommend it more. Our host, Tia, was absolutely incredible and made our stay so special and enjoyable.

Clare's jungle retreat is absolutely stunning—a true hidden gem surrounded by nature.

I stayed here with my 2 boys and it was great. The view is spectaculair. The room is big (room dowstairs is bit smaller but still good) and there is airco and hot water.

They organised our transfer from Medan which was comfortable and on time.

Great place to stay, nice cottage with air condition. Very nice staff. Guides Jipur and Bagus took us to jungle for 2 days and it was unforgettable trip.
