We felt right at home. Kade is a kind and helpful person with good energy. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast delicious and we had the best sleep here since it‘s very quiet at night.

My stay at this hostel was fantastic! Kade, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. She provided excellent local tips and went above and beyond to assist with booking my Rinjani tour.

Had an enjoyable stay and the private pool Villa was excellent. The bed was really comfortable. The staff very friendly and the restaurant food really good but had quite a limited menu.

What an incredible stay. My weekend at the resort was absolutely incredible.

Overall, a very good experience — the yoga classes were great and the place has a spiritual chillout vibe. So definitely recommendable if you‘re looking for this kind of relaxation!

Stayed here for 2 nights in the standard room, the smallest one, without AC. At first, I was a bit shocked but once I accepted it, the experience turned out to be beautifully calming.

Seven Havens is a beautiful villa on top of a hill with an amazing view of Selong Belanak, especially during sunset. The atmosphere is peaceful and very relaxing.

I would give the service 6/5 if I could! Tari, Gan and Alpi (apologies if I spelt your names wrongly), and all the other service staff that we have not named, made our stay very delightful.

Great little place to unwind. Aussie owners who have hand-picked a great bunch of staff who are really attentive. Restaurant, bottle shop, spa, it has it all & only 8 quaint rooms.

Our best place so far in Indonesia! Very friendly and attentive staff. Free bikes to get around and to the beach, also suitable for toddlers.

We spent a highly productive and enjoyable working week in the beautiful villa overlooking Sengiggi and the sea.

Lovely spot in a quiet hillside area set back from the busy Senggigi area. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with a view over the pool and garden and countryside beyond.

Love our stay at The Puncak for our recent trip. Imagine the view from your bed facing the ocean when you wake up, it's beautiful especially during sunset.

We stayed at the Puncak in August. From the moment we arrived the owner and his team Budy and Superdan were faultless. Very attentive and helpful.

Perfect setting where you can sit in the open air restaurant and take in the bay watching the local fishermen ply their trade, no larger scale fishing here.

We had a very pleasant stay. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, and both the main swimming pool and the private pool were amazing.
All the staff were very attentive and responsive.

The rooms are what you would expect by looking at it. You will be sleeping with a few critters but I was there 3 nights and I had no problem. The boys there will look after you with anything you need.

Cozy location in the middle of the woods. To get to the bungalow you have to walk down some steep steps.

A great stay. First of all, the staff is very friendly. The room is not luxurious but has everything you need and a lot of space. The location is central in the island.

Nice villa close to all importante beaches (sunset and snorkel beaches). The private pool is big enough, the rooms are well equipped with air conditioning and nice beds.

Such a beautiful property with staff that could not do enough for us. We had Neptune and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The pool and sun-beds get a nice hit of sun from late morning

We had a fantastic short stay here. The staff are like your family. We ended up knowing their names and them ours, greeting and chatting each time in passing.

Eden Eco Resort was the perfect getaway on Gili Trawangan.

Casa Kapuas was our favourite hotel we stayed in during our trip to Indonesia, this was mainly because of the staff.

First of all — the staff working here is very nice, friendly and helpful especially Tan — the best we have experienced in Indonesia so far.
Breakfast was really great.

We been here for 3 nights.
Friendly staff.
Air conditioner on the day time you can't feel in your room.
Climactic bathroom outside.
Very poor breakfast and every day the same food.
Clean rooms.
