Best experience I could have. The hospitality of the hotel staff was one of the best I ever experienced. The room was beautiful with wonderful view of the ocean.

We stayed here for five nights and had a wonderful time. Overall, it was a great experience.

Was a very nice relaxing stay. The pros were it was beautiful, clean and we were well looked after. The room was massive and the bed was amazing (executive suite).

Visited with my family for a week over New Year's. Very mixed experience, but overall we all had a nice relaxing stay.

We stayed for 2 nights but wish we were there for longer! We stayed in the Garden Terrace Room and were very impressed — huge room and bathroom and a lovely outdoor seating area.

Having stayed here for 3 weeks on and off I think I can that this hotel and the staff have taken my hart away that you don’t want leave.
It’s not the Sheraton so you’re paying those prices.

Decent hotel to stay. Staff are fairly friendly.
Close to beach. Which have a few services to offer, such as water sports etc.
Restaurant is decent. Local indo food, not amazing but does the job.

Our stay at the Novotel was fantastic. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay!

This hotel is located in a busy part of town. It has swimming pool and restaurant. There are plenty space for smoking area.
There are a lot of choices for lunch and dinner in walking distance.

Very nice but the towel not good.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant experience.

Lombok Raya Hotel is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Mataram. It offers excellent value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms that make you feel right at home.

One of our favorite stays during our vacation between Bali, Lombok, and the Gilli. Rooms were very nice, staff was incredible. The sunset view was by far the cherry on top.

We stayed here two nights and it’s one of the best resorts we’ve stayed in Lombok.

Have been a guest at Jeeva Klui for over a decade. Returning yearly to this incredible resort. The location is quite beautiful.

We are on the Millennium Cruise ship, had a day off the ship and went on a private tour.
Went to the waterfalls first then visited this hotel for some chill time!

My stay at The Jayakarta Lombok was genuinely wonderful.
The first thing that stood out was the warmth of the staff—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful in every interaction.

Staff was very friendly. To pay I had to got to the cashier which I did not mind at all.

What a beautiful relaxing place to be! The hotel is beautiful…we stayed in a lovely cabin that had the nicest bathroom I had seen anywhere.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last ten years. The location is superb and is has been maintained to an extremely high standard.

Incredible location, just out of the noisy part of Kuta, meters from the beach. Beautiful gardens. Close to the sublime beach walk to the jetty for sunset, maybe the highlight of Kuta.

We had the updated room and it was a spacious room. Enough counterspace in the bathroom. And a lovely balcony in front of the room.

The hotel is like an oasis in kuta. I really love the place. They new rooms are amazing, beautiful and the service make you feel like at home.
I will come back for sure. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. We got upgraded by reception upon arrival to an amazing room. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful.

I stayed here while exploring Gili Air and it was the perfect base. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. The location is great — close enough to walk everywhere, but still peaceful.

7seas is great value for money. Staff were super friendly and location is perfect. Option of 2 pools to use. The rooms are dated but very clean and they are busy renovating to make it better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nirvana Gili Sudak. The room was clean. The fan worked. There were no mosquitos. The staff were very friendly making our stay special. We felt very welcome.

If u are looking for a beautiful staff and calm that is the place. Room cost me 250 k per night for 2ppl. Food is really good at good price.
