The shower looked really nice. Staff was friendly and food was good.

Very good location, central but quiet, you only hear the mosque but not annoying. The pool is shared with a diving school so it's not at all idyllic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very good, except for the shower, which has no strength at all.

This place is one of the best hotel to stay in gili t. Harbour is near just 650m. You have only horse cart on the island so carry less baggage … staff were amazing here I cant name all so I want to say everyone… food was amazing (halal) … opposite to beach… comfortable rooms. I would say that I will surely go back again… thanks good heart resort… I stayed with my 3 n 2 year old kid… n it was amazing.

Friendly staff. Good location. Delicious breakfast. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is good to swim in the beach in front of the resort. You can walk to the snorkeling point. Quiet and clean resort.

2nd time going back (in fact, in you can still see me on the website from 5 years ago! ) and still lovely. The staff were amazing. Mosque is bloody noisy though.

Beautiful and quiet accommodation. A few meters further away from the center but easily accessible by foot. Nice room, delicious breakfast and great beach.

Environemnts very nice, breakfast is quite nice, room look clean and cozy, hotels staff is nice, polite and always wear smile.

Very nice place to stay in gili but the staff is litle bit nosie in the night. They disturb my bed time. But overall good.

I stayed there with my big family and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We went snorkeling and the staff helped us with the equipments. It's a good sunrise spot as well. Overall, it's a great experience!

The service in this small charming hotel is something extraordinary. Very nice and clean rooms and small private beach in one of the best locations in Gili Trawangan. Very affordable considering the quality of the place. Highly recommended.

Great modern hotel with a direct beach location and a small pool. Beautiful rooms in an anned-size and beautiful bathroom. Relatively quiet location on the east coast of Gili T. And just a few minutes walk to the center. Free snorkeling trip with a longer stay. Diving school right in the hotel.

Beach is narrow and beautiful, loungers and towels are provided by the hotel. Sea dreamlike compared to the west coast, turtle spot right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast OK. Staff generally seem a bit inexperienced and very young (almost childlike) and sometimes a bit intrusive, but still very hard to try.

Rooms were clean & tidy & all the staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Suggest staying here a few nights to take in what Gili T has to offer.

Good Heart resort — the name says it all!
So sweet and helpful staff, nice breakfast near the beach and they also serves coffee if you want. The hotell feels like home, so warm and friendly. I really enjoyed the room, we booked the deluxe room that's really spacious and bright. Big bathroom with a beautiful shower. Big mirrors it's an extra star from me you have facility like air conditioner, cooler, safety box, TV and a really good Wi-Fi in your room. And one of the coolest things is that you won't need a key for your room, they have fingerprint scanner by the door. Thank you for having me, so pleased ✨
