Environment and location are great. Especially recommend the store to the pool to learn to dive the best recommended.

Had a wonderful time here, definitely will come back.

Great diving, friendly staff, very beautifull and nice dives.

It was truly a memorable and amazing experience staying here. The staff and crew are very warm and welcoming. Rooms are huge and clean. Food were great and really delicious! I definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit gili trawangan. Their resort manager can help you with whatever your heart desire.

One of the best place to enjoy gili trawangan. You just can go straight to the beach from lobby hotel. They have swimming pool, dive center with the deepest pool (4.5 m). I love the place, room and the nice staff (except 'lulu'). Laguna also one of the best place to enjoy sunrise and moon.

Great place, wonderful people. The Kabanas didn't have a fridge or kettle (which was the only thing I really missed) & I probably wouldn't go during Ramadan again as it was Very loud all night long. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay at.

Nice view of the beach. I ordered nassi gorang and it was good. Beer wasn't cold.

Very cozy hotel with so much more potential, than they get credit for. The rooms are very beautiful and clean, but it was a little bit dragged down by that the roof was holed and because we where there during the rain season, we had a minor swimming pool in the bed. There was unfortunately also a renovation going on and that created a lot of noise. But the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Just for that that get an extra star.

Arrived at a site not reported in the booking phase we changed the next day. Correctness of the owners in this sense of zero.
Fortunately a guy at the reception was super friendly and helped us in the change and other requests.

Not so bad. But they should notice us before booking that they are under construction. But the room is so unique and comfortable. Food is not so good. You might find a little better place with this price.

We come at Eid days which they are lack of staff so the service is quite slow. Moreover, they are in the middle of renovating their restaurant. I believe it is only temporary, hopefully everything goes well aftrward.

Amazing: staff very kind and friendly, breakfast, rooms in Balinese style very big and clean. Position is perfect for hug the night life but quiet and silent for sleep and chill out. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Really good food. Staff don't really know what they are doing, but I actually felt a bit sorry for them as they clearly have had no training. Management / owners need to look into this.

Service, rooms, and food all five stars. One of the best beaches plus snorkeling right in front. Close enough to easily get to all the bars but far enough to keep a mellow vibe.

It has amazing employees and food! I will go there every visit! And they let cats roam everywhere and I named a cat, Stripe. I hope he's good because I miss him so much. Anyways stay here if they aren't fully booked! And they're movie nights are great!

Very good food and nice staff. You can dinner just front of the sea, special italian food.
