Totally outdated place. Has some nice vibes from the old times, but there is no hot water and toilet paper, some room has no air-con and no bathroom sink, geckos are climbing in bathroom, and you can hear everything from the corridor clearly — some guests wake up at six and talk loudly. Should avoid if you want a nice sleep.

It is located just 50mts from Main train station, near Malioboro street (50mts), The vibes at this property is just like staying in our home, all the staff was super friendly, calm, soft spoken and ready for help at any time. I got upgraded free for deluxe room and room was spacious, AC was damn chill, working TV, Hot, Water for Shower, There was an free coffee/Tea available in the lobby area, and in my stay breakfast was included.
The host (Mr. Thomas) is really a nice gentleman, super friendly and he even packed my breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning to train station.
I will definitely recommend this homestay and will visit again in the future.
