This mid-range boutique hotel is an oasis of calm in the heart of Malioboro within five minutes walk of the train station. It’s within the super charming network of little lanes which makes you feel you’ve stepped into an older quieter and simpler time. The rooms are clean and comfortable if a little worn, so don’t expect a modern hotel experience but it all contributes to an atmosphere that is reminiscent of SE Asia travel a couple of decades ago. Still, the AC is cold, the hot water is hot with great pressure and you get to easily interact with the other guests across the beautiful garden as you relax from a day of sightseeing. If you are travelling as a family there are rooms with connecting doors. The staff speak great English and are very friendly and helpful. If you book and pay directly in cash, you’ll probably get a better rate than the online systems. We paid walk-in cash 350, 000 IDR per night per room on the ground floor.
Cozy traditional little boutique hotel just across from the train station. Clean, comfortable bed, cold AC. Safe alley way, near all the restaurants, laundry, 4 minutes walk from Marlioboro. Perfect to spend the night when you arrive depart by train. Friendly staff. Has a cute little garden. Super quiet as it’s away from the Main Street.

Such a lovely hotel!
Everything was clean and working perfectly. There is free tea and coffee for you anytime to drink and staff is really kind, helped us with a lot of things. There is laundry service too, for us it was 20 000 Rp (10 pieces or more) Next to the hotel you have a chance to rent motorbikes for about 100 000 Rp/per day. The hotel is also very close to the train station and to Malioboro street.
Will visit again if we come here ^^
