One of nice hotel located near Malioboro Yogyakarta. You can reach Malioboro street by walking around 500 meters. Price also affordable for low season. This hotel quite clean and has spacious room. But I think they must put concern about the breakfast, because the taste not really good and they dont give variation for their daily menu. It suitable for you who bring kids and family to stay here, because they also providing a small swimming pool for your kids.

Good place to stay, traditional breakfast room, the price is worth to all the rooms with the facillity they had. The breakfast menu is something else than anyother hotel can serve, but taste good. They serve indonesian food style menu adapting with international standards breakfast menu. Spacious parking lot anyway. Superb!

Reliable and clean. The berakfast is available and its reastaurant is convinient with beautiful javanese ornaments. I really enjoy the quietness. You can find a beautiful morning from your window.

Close to malioboro stree, keraton, oleh2, enjoy riding becak etc Clean and good hotel. Fast laundry, good food and helpfull staf. Rate not too expensive.

Too bad, no smoking room available. But the Wi-Fi speed is superb.

Checked in to the room to find no towels at all. Have to call housekeeping for one. Asked for late check out at 1pm but the staff weren't too friendly in answering. Found a vegetable worm as big as 2cm and called the staff to report. At first the staff only said "let me report to the kitchen" but no apology. I saw them pull the whole dish of the chinese cabbage back to the kitchen. But the shocking thing was the staff came out of the kitchen NOT APOLOGIZING. This was the last blow! IM NOT coming back to this hotel.

Starts about 2 years ago when I first stayed at this hotel for about 3 nights. It was almost perfect, with its facility, attitude, location, and price. The hotel's still under development, back then. But somehow tonight, I checked in and found the development maybe, or it IS not done yet. Since am having a family room (I am staying with my family), the room is UNsatisfying. The brochure says there is a refrigerator but there is no refrigerator. The room is spacey, but like, 2rooms become one, one of the complain my dad sent also for the floors that is not even. Also, the TV is out of date. Other facilities are functioning well. The staffs are nice. It is quite a strategic place since it is close to Tugu Monument, the Station and Malioboro. Also close to convenience store and angkringan. I'd give a 4 star if it is as good as 2 years ago but I am already dissapointed with the room : (

Lokasi oke, tetapi pelayanan sangat buruk. Baru datang sudah minta charge extra bed, padahal bukan hotel murah juga. Saya datang bertiga bersama orang tua saya, dan kemana-mana tidak pernah di charge extra bed (kecuali untuk breakfast, masih masuk akal). Akhirnya ketika check in, saya hanya bersedia membayar extra pax untuk breakfast saja. Ketika perdebatan ini berlangsung, resepsionis berinisial M bersikap sangat tidak ramah dan seolah menantang agar kita mau berdebat lebih lama. Sama halnya ketika check out, saya kembali ditagih extra charge untuk breakfast ini padahal sudah bayar di awal! Pilihan makan breakfast hanya ada satu jenis lauk ber"daging" (itupun hanya ayam) dan lainnya sayur2an/tahu tempe. Pesan scrambled egg di egg station juga lama sekali, antrian siapa yang duluan memesan tidak di ingat. Kopi yang disajikan sangat cair, hampir seperti air. Saya minta tambahan kopi bubuk ribetnya minta ampun, yang ini lah yang itu lah. Saya bermalam disini 2 malam dan setelah 2x breakfast sama saja pola pelayanannya seperti ini. Untuk hotel seharga hampir 800rb per malam (peak season), pelayanan semacam ini bisa di katakan tidak layak. Saya merasa beruntung tidak menurut untuk membayar extra bed charge seharga 200rb per malam!
