Mason Pine Hotel Bandung

We arrived very early but room wasnt ready as it was still 10am. We got to enjoy the facilities anyway. Room was clean. Mba Hana who helped us both in check in and check out were friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff were very nice and attentive.
I like the varieties of breakfast as well. Id definitely come back.

Stayed at Mason Pine Hotel for both a conference and an overnight stay. It’s the only 5-star hotel in the Parahyangan area, and you can really feel it from the scale of the place. The hotel is huge, very family-friendly, and the view from the room is amazing.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only small thing that bothered me was the nightstand lamp — I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off 😅 Aside from that, the stay was very pleasant.
Breakfast buffet was a highlight: lots of options and everything I tried was delicious. There’s also a café on site that sells wine, which is a nice touch.
For conferences, there’s a separate lobby from the main hotel, but it’s still connected, so moving between sessions and hotel areas is easy. Overall, a great option for both staycation and business events.

Great Venue to spend time with the family, with a mini kids waterpark and heated water so the family does not get cold to the many activities that you can do out doors and indoors in the hotel area. Personally a great hotel for runners to because the city has good sidewalk and wide roads that are runners friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Very good experience staying here. The food was nice with many tradisional Indonesian cuisines. The hotel smell niced. The room was beautiful. Everyone was friendly. Special thanks for staff named Ica who attended me 3 times at the reception. Thank you for your great service.

I need to tell everyone how sweet and lovely this hotel.
We spent time in the peak time. December. The hotel was fully booked, but since check in to checking out I did't get any unpleasant experience.
We spent 3 days, 2 nights. With big family.
The room : big, clean, complete amenities.
I'm staying at Pine Deluxe Twin room. When we arrived the staff gave my children Mason Pine dolls, 2 dolls for every kid.
And we experienced very special Tendon Service every night, this is turn down time service to make up yout bed before sleep.
We never get this experience even at five stars hotel before. Very good service from the housekeeping team. Especially Mr. Budi & Mr. Hasan.
The Facility : Because we stay during school holiday, the hotel offering many facilities.
A big playground hall, delman, becak, movie and game room, face painting and many more. And of course we all love the swimming pool. Maybe the best kids pool hotel in Bandung. Also, they have jacuzzi in the locker room. Very nice.
The Service : there's time. My daughter fall down in the trampoline and I rushed to my room to treat her. And then the staff from the playground come to my room and bring medicine, offering go to hospital nearby. And after few time, and the day after. The Receptionist Ms. Endah still checking out about my daughter conditions. That's a very proactive care and thoughtful service that's I never experienced in other hotel. Great.
Overall, Mason Pine is one of the best family hotel in Indonesia.

Our family has been staying at the hotel since December 26 through the New Year, in a Premier Terrace room. Overall, the hotel’s hospitality and service have been very satisfying. The breakfast offers a wide variety of menu options, and the facilities and children’s activities are abundant and enjoyable.
However, despite all these strengths, there was one issue: the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Although it was attended to by technicians twice, the smell continued to reappear. We hope this can be improved in the future.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to returning again next year with our family.
PS: We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Kak Iyang from the Guest Relations team, who was extremely informative, friendly, and attentive. She kindly assisted us in decorating the room for our child, which made our stay even more special. We hope the management takes this review into consideration and provides her with well-deserved appreciation and recognition.

We had a wonderful family trip at Mason Pine. The place is peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for quality time with family. The atmosphere truly makes you feel relaxed and at home.

A very beautiful resort with lots of kids activity. I stayed for 3 days 2 night in the resort and it felt never enough. I went during the school holidays season and everyday they have the kids activity. We also went to waho waterpark which is only 10 minutes away from the resort. It's also easy to find good foods nearby.
The location of the resort is only 10 minutes by car from the whoosh station so it's easy for those who don't bring cars from Jakarta.
The housekeeping person was very sweet. He/she gave us welcome message & assembling our kids toys in a very cute way. I think his name was Budi? I kinda forget but thank you so much for the hospitality during our short stay in Mason Pine!

Spending time at Mason Pine hotel surely was a great experience for me and my family. Bener2 luas ground nya, dan sangat kids friendly. I brought my 2 kids (3&5). They were so happy there. The pool is great, ada buat dewasa dan ada juga buat kids yang menyerupai mini water park. The kids had a blast. Di exhibition hall juga lagi ada "Jungle Quest" sampai 4 Januari, yang di dalamnya ada berbagai macam games dan kegiatan buat anak2 & also adults, bahkan bisa main pickle juga. We also tried their chinese restaurant, Canton. Me and my family were so impressed by the food, they were so good! I recommend the Peking Duck and the Sizzling Beef. Talking about the service, we were so happy that the service was really good. Definitely will be back.

Its a great experience overall. I love the huge swimming pool with kids able to swim as well as there is an elevated ground. Theres kids play room and a safari quest for them. Also theres jacuzzi and sauna. As for the room it is comfy. The breakfast has so much selections to choose from. Outside of this hotel theres a township with many rows of restaurants thus food wise fret not. Parahyangan is a toll a way from the bandung city thus back n forth to the city may seem a bit far but once ur here just spend your day within this vicinity.

The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of choices and good quality food, making mornings enjoyable and hassle-free. Another big plus is the hotel’s location, which is surrounded by many good restaurants, giving plenty of dining options just a short distance away.
Overall, a wonderful stay with a great balance of comfort, activities for kids, and convenience. Highly recommended for family getaways.

Definitely one of the best! Hotel room was clean, staff were very friendly and accomodating.
They also provide shuttle to and from Whoosh Padalarang which makes it so convenient.
Hotel is also surrounded with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Most importantly, they offered a range of kids activities which makes it fun and enjoyable for our kids!

Deducted 1 star for the parking experience. Cannot get a parking slot perhaps due to an event in the convention. The signs were unclear whether the road is bidirectional or 1 direction. Cars were not willing to yield and will just keep piling and not give you a way.
Deducted another star for the food. Food is edible but not that good. Breakfast experience was too crowded. Coffee was not good. It’s actually better if you cross the street and eat at ambrogio or at royal pho restaurant.
Location is 1, 5 hours from Bandung city. So plan ahead plus extra 15-30 minutes for bad traffic. But it could be plus for you who wants to avoid Bandung city.
Room is clean and new. Pool is good for kids. Child friendly hotel. There are activity room, movie room, karaoke room. So plus for the infrastructure and the entertainment.
The service is good. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. They initiated carrying coffee or bag when my hands were full. Always greeting and smiling.
Will I return? Perhaps, I will have difficulty to choose if I have alternatives like Gaia or Padma.

The hotel design and interior decoration are warm and welcoming. Employee grooming was consistent at the front office and FB outlets. They were smiling and able to recognise me throughout our staycation. Rooms were clean and well maintained and child friendly, no sharp furniture. Bathroom was clean and had strong shower pressure, not to mention the classy bath amenities.
Our family enjoyed the playground and swimming pool so much. I missed to ride bicycle around the complex.
My suggestion would be on additional items for afternoon tea.

My family's favorite hotel for a short getaway. I would highly recommend it, especially if you have small children. The hotel is very spacious and there are many facilities. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great and has many options. One suggestion would be to add more facilities for children's play, such as mini zoo. Overall, we are very impressed with the hotel.

We stayed here over the weekend, and the location is super convenient — it’s close to the toll exit, so you can reach it quickly right after getting off. The staff were really nice, and the room service was very responsive.
I had lunch in the room and ordered the ribeye steak, which was delicious! The only downside was that it wasn’t as warm as I’d like, but thankfully the meat was still tender and flavorful. 🥩✨
During the weekend, the hotel offers plenty of fun activities for families. The pool has a mini water park, and there are lots of kids’ activities like coloring, face painting, and even archery.

Super satisfied. Highly recommended if you have kids of age 1-15. Kids facilities is amazing. Staff is super friendly, caring and prompt at our requests. Food is great, breakfast is high in variety. Hands down, one of the best experiences in staying at a hotel.
Perhaps a pony ride, mini petting/feeding zoo (rabbits, deers) could be great for smaller children. Also a day care facility where kids can play with staff supervision and parents can have me time too. Just for consideration :) but overall super happy here, thank you!
