The room was excellent, spacious and clean. The water dispenser on the hall way was also fresh even though it's filtered. The breakfast is standard.
However, the busser (busgirl) wasn't friendly. We needed to wait for her to clean the table and she didn't clean the entire table. She left the cutleries and glass from the previous table even though it doesn't seem use, it's still felt uncomfortable. When asked for a new pair, she casually, right in front of our eyes, took from another dirty table. Yes, I understand she's tired from handling all the dirty table by herself but please at least keep things professional, especially the guests are watching.
Just a small suggestion for the management, please assign more busser when it's crowded regardless it's weekday to ensure the clean table is always ready and the working busser is not overworked.
A brilliant addition to the KBP area! The hotel offers exceptional value for money with prices hovering around Rp 600, 000 per night. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and uniquely integrated with Google Nest smart tech. The staff are extremely attentive, parking is spacious, and the breakfast spread is diverse and delicious. Its proximity to the Whoosh train station makes it the ultimate transit or weekend getaway spot. 10/10 recommendation.

Did not expect much when staying here, but my experience kind of exceeded my expectations. Will agree with how the walls are kind of thin here, but luckily I had a quiet night. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast… was fun. You get a good variety from local dishes to your go-to classics such as sausages, eggs, and waffles. Great cinnamon rolls, loved them. They have a dedicated kids station at breakfast where you can get treats like cupcakes, chocolate fondue, cotton candies, popcorn, kids can decorate their own cupcakes here which seems fun. As someone with ARFID and usually has trouble eating, it was a great breakfast experience.
