THE HILL By The Villas 100

Eventhough my thrill for driving on dangerous roads is there, but bringing my family to go on this trip to this place really will make you think twice to go again with your family. Roads are dangerous and even if you go with a supir (driver), its not worth risking your life to just get half of the hills that is blocking the view.
But since I arrived and checked in, what caught me was a message from the property that totally makes me freak out.
This was the message send to me :
Dear so & so (bleep out name),
Hello brother, We would like to inform you of some important things so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay. Our villa has a semi-outdoor concept, which means you will be closer to nature. Therefore, it is likely that you will encounter insects and wild animals such as cats.
For security and comfort, our villa is equipped with CCTV. However, if you want full privacy, we can switch off the CCTV at your request.
Please note that our villas are different from hotels in general. We strive to provide a unique and natural stay experience, but we cannot guarantee perfection like in a hotel. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we do not accept complaints related to the things we have explained before.
If after considering this information you still want to continue booking, we will be very happy to welcome you. However, if you object to the condition of our villa, we will find a replacement guest first.

Absolute Scam. Do NOT Book This Villa ‼️
This place is the true definition of selling aesthetic photos and delivering a nightmare.
What was supposed to be a relaxing two-night getaway turned into one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.
First of all, the location is extremely remote with a steep and dangerous access road. It is difficult, stressful and absolutely not guest-friendly. There is no proper reception area — only a maid who casually pointed us to the unit as if we were entering an abandoned property rather than a paid accommodation.
We specifically booked a mountain view. We did not receive it. At that point we were already disappointed but still tried to stay positive.
We requested in-room dining and were told it was not available. Instead, we were pushed to order their BBQ package. We chose the beef package for IDR 400, 000, which was an absolute joke:
The beef was extremely low quality, poorly prepared and almost inedible. We barely touched it cause it tasted that bad. It felt like a scam.
There were NO proper amenities provided — only soap and shampoo.
No bottled water, no basic supplies, no nearby store.
We literally had to ask the maid to go buy water for us cause the water dispenser they provided looked dirty and unhygienic.
The so-called “round pool” is filthy, not heated and not a jacuzzi, so it’s completely useless.

Stayed at the one bedroom villa.
Plus points:
+ The villa is quite spacious with big windows and decent building.
+ They provided 2 additional mattresses, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
+ Ambience was nice, very quiet and refreshing air.
+ Breakfast from The Hood despite that the price is cheap, but surprisingly quite nice.
Downside:
— Location is remote and the access road is quite challenging. I would expect if they are at remote location, they will offer a stunning view, but not really.
— Service is minimum, no phone to call the staff.
— The outdoor tub is small and didn’t look clean, we didn’t use it.
— Cleanliness could be better.
