Absolute Scam. Do NOT Book This Villa ‼️
This place is the true definition of selling aesthetic photos and delivering a nightmare.
What was supposed to be a relaxing two-night getaway turned into one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.
First of all, the location is extremely remote with a steep and dangerous access road. It is difficult, stressful and absolutely not guest-friendly. There is no proper reception area — only a maid who casually pointed us to the unit as if we were entering an abandoned property rather than a paid accommodation.
We specifically booked a mountain view. We did not receive it. At that point we were already disappointed but still tried to stay positive.
We requested in-room dining and were told it was not available. Instead, we were pushed to order their BBQ package. We chose the beef package for IDR 400, 000, which was an absolute joke:
The beef was extremely low quality, poorly prepared and almost inedible. We barely touched it cause it tasted that bad. It felt like a scam.
There were NO proper amenities provided — only soap and shampoo.
No bottled water, no basic supplies, no nearby store.
We literally had to ask the maid to go buy water for us cause the water dispenser they provided looked dirty and unhygienic.
The so-called “round pool” is filthy, not heated and not a jacuzzi, so it’s completely useless.
They also use canvas fabric for pillow sheets — it may look “aesthetic” in photos, but it is extremely uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for actual sleeping.
The villa is infested with bugs, both inside and outside the room.
On the 2nd day we requested cleaning. The maid said he would clean after Maghrib (10-15 mins after we texted him).
We waited until 7 PM, followed up, and then were told he was already at home and not coming back.
No notification. No apology. No responsibility.
We returned exhausted to a dirty villa full of bugs and frustration.
At that point, we had enough.
Instead of staying another miserable night, we packed our bags and left early.
This was not a vacation.
It was stressful, uncomfortable and completely misrepresented.
This villa is run by management that sells pictures, not reality, and provides extremely poor service.
I will NEVER return to this place and strongly warn anyone considering booking here:
