The Grantage Hotel & Sky Lounge

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and hospitality during my recent stay. My colleague and I requested for our room to be cleaned as the bed sheets and walls had visible stains, and there was hair on the bedding. Although the staff responded quickly, the stains and hair were still there after the cleaning, which made the request feel pointless.
Additionally, during check-in, the receptionist did not clarify which room was assigned to each of us. Since my colleague and I had different check-out times, this lack of information forced us to shift rooms later on, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
I hope management can take these issues seriously and improve both the cleanliness standards and the professionalism of the front desk service.

Room is comfy with refrigerator, unfortunately the bathroom's design looks so old and not comfy enough with small water. Had experience calling the receptionist at night but took very long to answer. The lobby is kind of hot not sure the ac on or not, also the restaurant is hot and the food taste are just so so. Need to improve to put more sign at the hotel especially inside elevator. Also the elevator looks old with some noise once reach the top floor. Luckily the place is near to aeon mall and easy to reach to toll road.

The rooms were clean and comfy, the interior design could be better on the detail. I love the classic theme overall.
The breakfast was impressive especially on the nasi goreng, chicken, and fish. The pastry was lovely too. But the sausage and eggs need some improvements. Every room has bathtubs, they didn't have a proper bathing soap/liquids. The bathing liquids were just good for the shower.
Well located with some amazing views from the sky dining.

Really like the architecture of the building. However when I enter the room it was old. The table and the wall need to be repaint, the room a little bit humid, and I think the staff need to be thorough when they're cleaning the room. The bathroom need to be cleaned from the mold especially the wall and the bath tub. As for amenities maybe a body lotion could be added. But I really like how spacious the room was and the staff responded well upon my request for the bed. Overall it was nice experience.

Lovely stay. The staff are very friendly. Seems quite long established hotel, a bit old design but maybe need to focus more on detailed cleaning than just tidying.
It is in quiet area but could be noisy at some moment due to the traffic but overall better space for quieter place.
But but the breakfast is top-notch! I really love the food served, indeed my morning feels more energized with the great food.
Definitely will repeat if I come back.

Waiting at lobby for almost 2 hours and the room was not ready yet. The excuses were always it was still being cleaned.

The only lack was how hard it was to get water, a basic necessity. In the evening we asked for a pair of water bottles and the receptionist said they could send them in the morning, and when the next morning we asked for them, he said we couldn't get them because we're checking out. Such a hassle for just water bottles.

Worth the price, good ambience, bathroom with bathtub when most of the hotel in this class don't have it.

I had a pleasant stay at Grantage Hotel. The hotel's location next to a supermarket made it convenient for quick access to essentials. The service was decent, and the rooms were clean, which is always a plus. The breakfasts buffet was enjoyable, and having available parking at the hotel was a convenient feature. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience.

Dear grantage, I think u need a lot of improve. First I stayed in 312 and it was very hot the AC didn’t work even tough I already put 16° I cant sleep coz it was hot.
Second, the check in process not really smooth, I came past 2 and they said the room not ready so I have to wait quite long.
Third, the Wi-Fi was very low I cant access it while in bed then I have to stand near the door to get the Wi-Fi. I think the Wi-Fi only strong at the corridor. The TV was ver low connection too.
Well price speak the quality. But I love that the hotel near every good area such Qbiq etc. The breakfast was enough.

Stayed for night and it was a pleasant experience! It's a charming stereotypical classic hotel with floral wallpapers, wood furnitures, and marble bathroom. I think it is worth the price because it included a free breakfast buffet for 2 people. The staff were friendly and responsive. 9/10 would go back again!

We escaped the house for a night because the water system was broke. The hotel looks ok, the room was ok, pretty spacious but not that modern. I dont like the bathroom, they put bathtub and shower in one place but the shower didnt work properly, the water presure was too small. The other were ok.

Best value for money hotel I've ever stayed. Even better than p*p & h*r**s chain. Big room, big bed, free mini bar. Complete amenities, just lack of sandal & beverage sachet. But you got free snacks & bottle beverages for free. The staffs are very attentive & friendly. I sleep in twin beds 2 x 120 cm. It's enough for me, my husband & my 15 yrs old son. Thumbs up for The Grantage Hotel.
