The most irresponsible hotel that I have ever booked. I booked 2 rooms for my guests from abroad and they are complaining about the room's cleanliness. Bedsheet was not changed and smelly, then they were upset and they asked us to book us in another hotel. I asked for refund but they conveniently say that their hotel's cleanliness has met the standard. What a low standard they have. Please never consider to book this hotel again.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and hospitality during my recent stay. My colleague and I requested for our room to be cleaned as the bed sheets and walls had visible stains, and there was hair on the bedding. Although the staff responded quickly, the stains and hair were still there after the cleaning, which made the request feel pointless.
Additionally, during check-in, the receptionist did not clarify which room was assigned to each of us. Since my colleague and I had different check-out times, this lack of information forced us to shift rooms later on, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
I hope management can take these issues seriously and improve both the cleanliness standards and the professionalism of the front desk service.

Overall, the room was actually comfortable. However, the cleanliness was not checked thoroughly. When I tried to reach a remote that fell under the bed, I found a bra underneath — which clearly didn’t belong to me and should never have been left there by housekeeping.
I only stayed for one night, so the situation during checkout from my room (Room 501) felt even more unfair. I was accused of losing the room key. The receptionist claimed they received a phone call saying I lost the key, but that call was not from me. There was confusion, and instead of clarifying it properly, the receptionist immediately blamed me.
Please improve your receptionist’s attitude and professionalism. This small mistake completely ruined my mood and made me not want to return. It’s disappointing because during my first stay, the receptionist was friendly. But on my third visit, the attitude changed — unfriendly, unprofessional, and quick to accuse me of losing your property.
This experience left a very bad impression.
