Sapphire Sky Hotel & Conference

I had high expectations when I came here with my wife, but it turned out to be far from what I expected.
The room wasn't big enough as it should be for a 4-star hotel. I had to add IDR 25, 000 per bottle for extra mineral water in the room. Even 5-star hotels like Pullman don't charge anything at all. Also lower-tier hotels have dispensers in the hallways on each floor for guests to refill their mineral water. It's not about the price, but the hotel service.
Furthermore, the sound of vehicles outside could still be heard in the room even though our room was at the back of the building.
Fortunately, the hotel's location is quite strategic, close to minimarkets, restaurants, ICE BSD, etc.

Had a half-day long business meeting here with lunch provided.
Security was friendly and informative, helpful with the parking area. Receptionists were quick to greet and help. Restaurant area had cool vibes. Food was top notch. The meeting room (Adhisa 1) had complete visual and sound equipment. The staff were friendly and quick to help during the meeting.
The manager also took us to have a room tour before the meeting.
Will definitely recommend anyone planning to have a meeting or staycation here.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the breakfast experience was truly the best! The siomay was especially delicious.

Booked this hotel for my brother's wedding. Had such a great time staying there for 3 days. Rooms were clean and service were top notch. Staff is very polite and always ready to help. Very impressed by the quick actions of the team there in no time. Thanks for being part of our wedding and giving your space for organizing our events. They have an amazing ambience with 10 on 10 food menu and bar menu. Please do book it for large gathering as well as any small events. Thanks for all your help team.

Definately must try their rendang buntut soup.!
Clean room, comfy bed, family friendly facilities.
Near ICE BSD. Plenty of parking next door. Very recommended and definately come again.

The Air Con in the Gym didn't working. The room was very hot because it was on the roof top. I reported it to the front office but the technician who came couldn't fix it. I reported it back to the front office and there was no response at all. It's better to just close The gym until the Air Con repaired.

Small lobby but they have this kind of ding dong game machine. First time here, I was difficult to find a parking lot and I didn't see any porter at the lobby but it turns out they provide parking lot at the next building. Visited here on a business activity and didn't stay overnight so I can not tell how the room is.

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights during my trip to BSD. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). On top of that, the service & staff was really friendly & helpful, plus the Wi-Fi was working well.
The only downside was a lot of loud motorbikes at night (after 11pm) maybe they doing some race or anything?
Overall, it was a great place 👌🏼

Not sure about this, but they still have blood stains and other stains under my bed. Dirty and sticky mugs as well. The exterior is good, but the rooms? Oh no, please, no…

We truly had enjoyable experience staying here, strategic location perfect place to stroll around bsd city area, helpful staff, and outstanding service. Room was clean and tidy, they also have swimming pool & gym (which was nice to fill up our staycation activities). We'll definitely stay here again 👍🏼

Sorry I have to said that the services were so bad. It happened in 2022. First, I lost my glasses and told the receptionist, I was wait until I bought a new one 🙃. Second, my husband's tripod was damaged by security who brought our luggages to my room, and he didn't told us that he damaged it, until my husband complain to the receptionist. Third, our food by gofood switched by another people. The receptionist (she) were so badly to handled it. Even until we left the hotel, she was very fine as if there was no problem at all. Until the head manager intervened in our case. And the head manager provided recovery service which didn't suit to us. He is so slowly to give another solution at that time. So, the services were so bad when there is any problems. But I have to say that the rooms and location are good. Especially the foods are delicious. Hope this problems didn't happen to another customers. Thanks.
