However, there are complaints about poor performance by administrators during group booking attempts and slow service in the restaurant, where waiting for dinner can take up to an hour. Cases of staff absence at the entrance during check-in were also mentioned.

Breakfasts have received a lot of criticism due to the limited selection of dishes. Guests frequently mention that the menu consists of only a few items: fried rice (nasi goreng), soto ayam, waffles, spaghetti, or porridge. Some visitors consider the cost of breakfast to be overpriced relative to the variety offered. At the same time, some guests were satisfied with the taste of the dishes.

Reviews regarding the rooms are contradictory. Some guests are satisfied with the cleanliness, the cooling of the air conditioners, and the availability of a Smart TV. Issues were also mentioned regarding bed sizes (queen-size instead of king-size), a lack of mirrors in the rooms and bathrooms, and instances of finding large flying cockroaches.

Most guests unanimously note the absence of basic hygiene products. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided in the rooms. Visitors are recommended to bring these items with them, as their absence causes significant inconvenience.
