I was really surprised, when I arrived, they asked if I had booked it? I had already done it through Agoda, but the room I booked didn't have a soaking tub, it was clear that the facilities were there, if I wanted to change rooms I had to pay again, I was bringing my kids on a staycation and wanted to soak in the room, what if there was no soaking tub? Haha, I was forced to pay again, at the same price as the app. Hmm, what should I do?
➜ Don't order from the RedDoorz app, it's all fraud, even the room location given doesn't match the one on the app, if you want the same as the one on the app you have to pay the price on the app, beware of being scammed.
