1. Sleep and comfortable 1/5
— You can’t have a good sleep here if you sleep in the room number 3-5 as the restaurant is upstair, you can clearly hear the wood furniture move and it started on 6.00am-8pm 🫠🫠🫠
(Anyway, I already read the review about this and tried to avoid but turns out not only room 5 but also 3-4 idk about 6-10)
Will the management have any improvement for this?
— Also there was a coffee shop below so sometimes at the afternoon or night you can still hear people chatting and laughing.
— not to mention, you still can hear the sound of the vehicles at the road in ur room but its not a big deal.
— like the other comments about the smell of the pillow, yes its smelly like not a fresh pillow cover.
2. Hospitality 2/5
The female staff was not friendly at all, and she operated the lobby hotel and also the cashier at the coffee shop.
Both of this things really frustrating.
3. Room and scenery 4/5
Room is very spacious, got a big window to view the garden.
Have dispenser to refill your water bottle to drink.
Please improved your soundproof! And everything will perfect!
Stunning night view and breezy vibes, tasty breakfast, great gallery display.
They sell some good quality handmade stuff too! cute bracelets and necklace,,
Delicate taste of coffee, I love this place.
