We had a wonderful stay at Indigo Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making our experience so memorable.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Jaka from Concierge for his excellent service and helpful assistance throughout our stay.
We would also like to extend our appreciation to the Karbon & Vinyl Bar team, especially Pak Koco, Jenry, Made, Larin, Gilbert, and Zandra. The birthday surprise prepared for us at Karbon was truly beyond our expectations and made the celebration incredibly special. We also had a fantastic time at Vinyl Bar, where we enjoyed amazing cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the team made both experiences unforgettable.
What stood out most was the passion and care shown by every team member we met. It is the people who make a great hotel experience, and Indigo Hotel certainly has an exceptional team.

My stay at Indigo Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service was truly impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after.
The rooms were beautiful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and style. The food was incredible throughout my stay, with every meal exceeding expectations in both quality and presentation.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Even the hotel mascot got involved, helping me with my bag as I was leaving for my taxi! It perfectly summed up the warm, friendly atmosphere that makes this hotel so special.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar. The staff were friendly, informative, and highly responsive throughout my stay. I was also fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special.
The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of both the mountains and the city. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, ranging from Asian and Western dishes to a selection of pastries.
For families traveling with children, the Kancil Kids Club provides a fun and engaging space. The heated swimming pool is also a great feature, especially considering Bandung’s cool weather. While the fitness center is not very large, it is well-maintained and equipped with quality machines.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly stay. I would definitely love to come back in the future.

It's no surprise this hotel is so highly recommended! The staff and rooms are top-notch. Breakfast has a ton of options and an amazing view! I was also impressed by the room service, they were so detailed and greeted me with a big smile while I was working.

I visited Joumpa Restaurant on Feb 15th (07:00 — 08:20) during the holiday. While the hotel facilities are great, the restaurant management was a major letdown. For a 5-star hotel, the menu variety was lacking.
The service was unacceptably slow, I waited 40 minutes for a sunny side up and over an hour for boiled eggs. Since my kids were getting restless, the staff offered to send the eggs to my room. However, this turned out to be a total lie. I even followed up via a phone call to the receptionist, but the eggs were never delivered.
Great initiative from the staff, but the execution and kitchen coordination were very poor. Needs urgent improvement.

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel.
In addition, I filled out a customer feedback survey when having breakfast and I took a note about the water.
The next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before in the survey.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.
And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food — everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo, and one of the absolute highlights for our family was the Kids Club. The space is fun, safe, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place for kids to enjoy themselves while parents relax.
A very special mention goes to Suci — her face painting skills are amazing! She was incredibly patient, kind, and creative with the kids. The designs were beautiful, and you could really see how much love and care she puts into making every child feel special. Our kids were smiling nonstop and couldn’t stop talking about their face painting experience.
The warm hospitality, friendly staff, and excellent kids activities truly made our stay memorable. Hotel Indigo is a fantastic choice for families, and we can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed here with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter and had a lovely experience. The hotel features a very artistic design, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable.
They have a kids’ club with an adorable design, conveniently located right next to the pool. The pool itself was great, especially because it has warm water, which was perfect for our child.
Our only concern was the parking area, which is quite far from the hotel.

This is not what I expected after staying at Indigo Bali. What a disappointment. Stayed in King Premier in room 1131 — room is badly designed with toilet being too tight and room is tiny (total opposite of Indigo Bali).
From hotel design to service does not give off a 5* standard. At best, 4* and with over priced room at IDR. 2mio over per night.
Amenities were basic with really bad smelling shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo. Ended up going all the way out to a mall to purchase my own toiletries.
Facilities? A basic small dipping pool and gym is as far as it gets. No spa, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, or any other facilities. Totally boring and not worth the price or the star rating.
The carpark is really badly designed. With no carpark attendant to help you navigate the very slim alleys and B1 to B2 ramp.
The only thing that saves it overall is the cleanliness (probably due to the newly built establishment).
Breakfast buffet spread came in many choices, but 98% of the food taste bad. A taste standard that does not even deserve a 3* rating. Donuts were especially horrible. The 2% exception goes to the sourdough bread and Indomie. Yes, they literally served Indomie.
The room towel looked like it was used since decades ago or bought from some thrift shop. So dirty and tattered.
Doesn't seem to have been managed by an experienced hotelier. Holiday ruined.

New hotel with clean rooms and good service. Everything feels fresh and comfortable. Good view and a great location! Easy access to everything nearby. The breakfast also very good! A nice place to stay and definitely worth recommending, Comfortable stay and would definitely come back!

Location, athmosphere, cleanliness, service, amenities was soo great. For room? Definitely amazing, thankyou for upgraded our room. Hospitality? Don’t ask, start from mbak Indah who helped us to get this room. Mbak Dilah & mbak Alya as guest relation team, also mas Jagat & mas Rijal as HK team for give surprised for my husband (because this is birthday trip for him). And at the morning, we get the breakfast at the restaurant, so many menu and all was yummy. Thankyou for mas Lucky as F&B guest Relation, his hospitality was so kind, thankyou because give us ‘bekal’ bread butter pudding. Definitely we want to going back when we have a plan to Bdg. Spread love from us to Indigo 🤍

Had an enjoyable vacation here. The room is spacious, clean, and instagrammable, while we were also having great experience with the breakfast. The variety was so many while the taste itself was top notch. What we appreciated more was the service of the hotel staff (Dilah, Reva, Nabila, Alya) which was excellent, friendly, and brought us comfortableness during our stay. Thanks a lot 👍

The best hotel in Bandung! The bed was super comfy and the staff were exceptionally friendly, Big thanks to Rizka sales marketing and Marchell front office for assisting us throughout our stay. We honestly felt like VVIPs the whole time! Breakfast was amazing, probably the best we’ve had at any hotel in Bandung. My kids had so much fun here too! Big bathroom, cozy vibes, everything was just perfect. Totally worth it & we’ll definitely come back!

Hotel Indigo Dago is a truly exceptional mountain retreat that flawlessly blends contemporary luxury with rich Sundanese culture. The overall ambiance is sophisticated and inviting, setting the stage for relaxation. My King Suite was a sanctuary: the spacious room featured floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly framed the mesmerizing Dago view. The food was another highlight; dining at Joempa provided an exceptional, authentic taste of West Java cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was equally impressive. Above all, the service was outstanding, particularly from the Sales team member, Indah, whose excellent attention and care made the experience truly flawless. I left feeling completely refreshed and eagerly planning my return.
