I stayed for a month in two different rooms. What a fine price, fine location, fine facility. Nice budget hotel instead of old. Im happy.
Very disgusting hotel. Room mouldy smell, from celling to floor dirt and mouldy mark. Bed sheet smells awful There is no curtain in the shower zone. Bathroom tap broken. Sewage all blocked. Full of water after you shower. Balcony full of dirt dust, looks 100 years no body clean. Whole room is dark and furniture looks like over 50 years old without any maintenance. Bugs cockroaches running in the bath room. Ads says mountain well. But trees all blocked. Entire hotel balcony view blocked by all kinds of tree. The ads picture is cheating. Thought location in the mountain will be quiet but main road just down the balcony, motor bike and car passing by day and night very noisy.

I love this place, love the old vibe and how unpretentious the place is.
But the room and bathroom need deep cleaning. Please look under the bed and see how dirty it is. Still room is large and excellent value for money. I got it for about $15, that is weekday. Hotel is quite empty on that Monday.
Nice balcony but city view is distracted by trees. But still ok.
Good nice air and for the view go to the cafe over the rooms.
