I recently had the pleasure of staying at Truntum Hotel Cihampelas and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived until the time of checkout, all of the hotel staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.
The breakfast experience was also excellent, with a good variety of food and enjoyable atmosphere. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
Unfortunately, because I checked in quite late, I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s other facilities, which I would love to try on my next visit.
One small note for improvement would be regarding the room’s soundproofing. My room was occasionally disturbed by noise from street musicians near the traffic light outside the hotel area. I believe improving the sound insulation in the rooms would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and truly appreciate the kindness and service provided by the entire team. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Our family had a pleasant stay at Hotel Truntum Bandung. The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to various restaurants and popular places in Bandung.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, making the overall stay enjoyable. The facilities were quite good. The swimming pool was not very large, but still comfortable enough for kids to enjoy.
As for the gym room, the facilities were rather limited since it only had a treadmill. Hopefully, more workout equipment can be added in the future.
Overall, the service was very satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Especially during breakfast, I was greatly assisted by Mas Fasya and Mr. Berry, who provided excellent, responsive, and friendly service to the guests. The breakfasr selection was quite diverse with many food options, including the live cooking station.
Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We would definitely come back and recommend to our relatives and friends.

I had a fantastic experience at Truntum Cihampelas and will definitely be returning. From the moment I stepped in, the hospitality was top-notch.
The Highlights:
• Warm Welcome: The lobby is spacious and inviting. I loved the thoughtful touch of the oshibori (refreshing towel) and a delicious welcome drink served by very friendly staff.
• Outstanding Service: A huge shoutout to the security team—they were super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
• The Dream Team: * Special thanks to Pak Febi for arranging my room exactly according to my requests!
• A massive thank you to Pak Adit at the Front Office night shift for being so welcoming and professional.
• Delicious Breakfast: There are so many variants and everything tasted great. The F&B service during breakfast was exceptionally friendly, making the morning even more enjoyable.
• Unique Facilities: In a competitive area like Cihampelas, this hotel stands out with its charming "quiet pool" and the treadmill right beside it. Such a cool and unique setup!
