DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.
Dirty sheets and chairs. Even after “upgrading” me to balcony room, still dirty sheets and chairs. After room service, STILL dirty bedsheets. The hotel obviously has no regards on maintaining cleanliness and getting new sheets/chairs/pillows. Shower also has intermittent hot and cold temperatures, the staffs — unable to fix this issue, told me I should either on full heat temperature or just cold water. Aircon takes forever to cool the room. I think in my opinion this hotel is just too old and they obviously aren’t trying to improve anything anymore. Even lobby and corridors barely have any aircon on.
Staffs are pretty accommodating despite some of them are unable to understand English. The guards are friendly too, will help you to safe keep your deliveries.

The hotel's location is strategic because it is located in the center of Bandung. There is a choice of rooms for 3 people with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The room is clean, the amenities are standard. The choice of food at breakfast is not very varied, but the bakery products are very delicious.

The location of this hotel is quite good, near Toll gate, near local restaurant. Bfast is good, facilities are good, they also have a pastry shop and it was so nice. Staff are nice and helpful. Pool on roof top is very nice with a nice view. They also have Spa facilities and fitness. But bathroom light should be improved since it was quite dark in shower booth.
