Nice place to stay with good facilities and at the center of the city.

Beautiful city view. For apartment serviced it serves great room and lower cost than others hotel.

In the two bedroom apartment, the space is quite large. There are: — living room with sofa and dining table — kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator — two bathroom which one with bath tub — two bedroom which one with king size bed and another with single bed — maid room and it toilet — laundry area with washing machine. It is look like small house. This flat is comfortable to stay in both short or long period. But the internet was very poor, so does the TV Cable. And if you need any housing utilities, you can rent it from the management.

Strategic location, comfy room, good swimming pool, jogging track & has daily foodhall. You could reach Kota Kasablanka within walking distance.

It has been a great home for me and my family for 7 years now. I know a bunch of people who live there and work there.

One of the earliest apartment buildings, available for short term stays. Spacious. Facilities are complete and well maintained.

Though the place is a little old and the age is starting to show, it's an otherwise spacious apartment in a very central location With a decent kitchen, large living room and 2 bedrooms for lesser cost than a luxury hotel room, excellent value for money especially for families and for multiple people travelling for business. Definitely recommended.

We lived in this apartment for 5 years. It has preschool in basement and daily Food Hall for buying groceries. 3 playgrounds which I haven't seen in other apartments. Nice pool too. Good housekeeping for serviced towers. The only disadvantage is being next to cemetry for those who care about this matter.

Room is spacious. Near Mall Kasablanka. Good choice if you look for serviced apartment style for your short visit in South Jakarta.
