Nice hotel with frendly stuf, but problem is loudly music whole night.

I stayed 3D2N and everything was fine. Great location. The room is basic and quite small but it’s clean. I booked here just for shopping.

I stayed at this hotel to be closer to my work. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom design was inconvenient.

Thank You For Your Hospitality especially For Ms. Vivi as training employee Reseptionist. This hotel is very strategic located and near from Plaza Gajah Mada Mall and Kota Tua.

I stayed at Hotel Ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada with my wife and child from April 18 to 19, 2025, and we had a truly pleasant experience.

Love how it connected to green pramuka mall, lots of vendors, easy acces but the room bit to small.

Nice place to dinner or hangouts.

Stayed for two weeks in a deluxe room where I got fridge and bathtub. Spacious bathroom, water pressure was nice and water heater worked well.

A very clean room with a queen size bed with a good mattress, 2 pillows, blanket, sheets, small writing desk and wardrobe.
All rental rooms have windows some rooms upstairs with better view though.

It's a nice place for stay-cation in the city. Room is a perfect fit for 2 people, with hot water shower, TV cable, Wi-Fi, and standard kitchen set.

The room is clean and spacious, and the service is good. If the air conditioner isn’t cold, they immediately change the room for you. Staying here is very comfortable.

Overall was good, staff super friendly and helpful, just the room got small 🐜 (pest issue). Hair dryer have to request from front desk. Lift a bit far from lobby.

Stayed here for a wedding transit and had a pleasant experience. A huge plus is that they have both hot and cold pools to enjoy.

Location is quite a distance from the surrounding attractions, but the stay itself was very comfortable.

The staff were so very helpful. We got put in a room with no window and requested a change they moved us immediately.

The hotel is nice and has a good value for price. BUT the Service from the front desk staff, Mrs. Virgie and Mr. Hardy, was ABSOLUTELY outstanding.

Service was quite good, the location is also easy to see from the main road and easy to accomplish. In the vicinity of the hotel are also a lot of food if they want to find food on the outside.

The Rooms are clean and great value for what you pay, the lobby area is massive! Its beautiful antique industrial vibes, amazing service from the Monopoli team too.

Was in the city for work, stayed only a night here. The location of this hotel is great, close to almost everything in the south side.

Great value for the price! I stayed in room 105 (double bed) and was impressed. Booking was easy via Tiket. Com. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing water and even hot water for noodles.

Very recommended for family or single traveler. Security and admin very kindly. And the room is very comfortable and super clean.

The iftar experience here was very enjoyable, with delicious food dishes and lots of choices and the price per person was very affordable at 250 thousand/pax.

A vintage hotel, not so neat, alot of unused material in the hallway, the price is relatively low for that kind of rooms.
I think they need an upgrade on the staff attitude.

Though the lobby has a strong smell of cigarette, the bedroom & the bathroom at the 2nd floor are sparkling clean and not immersed by the smell.

Spotless clean Rooms & Toilet, comfortable Bed, very helpful and friendly Staff! Definitely recommended!
