Jakarta Hotels

I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with great attention to detail.

My stay at Pan Pacific was excessively pleasant. I wish I could have stayed longer to experience more.

Room was great, but kinda outdated. Need further attention to detail to earn a five star, but it is worth the price tag.
Service was excellent!

It was a lovely room. A decent facility, smells nice too! But be careful of little bugs inside the room.
Overall a good experience.

Nice place near stadium bung karno. But it’s noisy because it’s close to a club (I don’t know why the owner doesn’t complain about the noise). Clubs are supposed to have soundproofing anyway.

This is one of the bestest cheap accommodation I have ever-been!

Stayed here 3D2N with my friends. Really enjoyed my time here. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet have many options and taste great, and it is located next to the mall.

The location is very strategic, right next to a mall, which makes it super convenient for food, shopping, and everything you might need.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains.

This is my first time getting a free stay because my friend is an Accor member. I also got to enjoy tea and coffee treats.

We had stayed here because we participated in Jakarta Expo. It’s very close proximity. They have shuttle service to Expo. Great location and 3 start plus facilities.

The room was very clean and smelled nice! all the staffs were very caring and well groomed.

I really enjoy the hotelier, Dani’s pleasant service. He is helpful to inform us of the eating places and also popular shopping malls whereabouts.

Overall experience was awesome. Get free room upgrade because of membership and dedicated room floor.
The room was amazing, TV, air con, and there is a bath tub!

I stayed at Hotel Akmani for a business trip and overall my experience was quite satisfying. The check-in process was smooth, especially thanks to a friendly and helpful front office staff named May.

The hotel is strategically located. It offers a lush, green, clean, and peaceful environment.

The room is huge, with two beds, one couch and one comfy lounge!

Excellent Stay and Truly Exceptional Service!
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the entire team.

Good service. Rly love the breakfast menu every morning and it varies everyday. Room is very clean and smells good. It has pool and playground for kids.

Room was clean and neat, complete with hairdryer and various size of towels. All the staff also very helpful and welcoming. Keep up the good work!

I stayed at Fieris Hotel and would like to give special appreciation for the breakfast service. Ms. Hilya and Ms. Karlita were very helpful, friendly, and attentive to the guests.

Very good spot of hotel. Close to lots of amenities. Alvira is really good staff at the restaurant during breakfast service.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable, and they went out of their way to make us feel at home.

20260523 — about 30 min ride from airport. Hotel was newly built in Nov 2025 and featured in Time's magazine best places to be in for 2026.

The most comfortable place to stayed with family. One of cozy things I This hotel is easily one of the most comfortable and delightful places to stay with family.

I just completed my second stay here, and once again it was a truly satisfying experience.

Had a great stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view that made the stay even more enjoyable.

This is a new hotel on the top 8 floors of a 41 story building in West Jakarta. We had a good stay for 4 days and 3 nights while ending a two-week stay on the island.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aloft by Marriott Jakarta Kebon Jeruk, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

We stayed here for 5D4N for 2 pax. Weeks before arriving in JKT, we emailed the hotel to reconfirm our reservation since we booked via Agoda and they replied on the same day which was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I love the room design, it looks modern.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a kid-friendly room, and it truly made our stay even more special.

Pleasant stay for 2 nights. Breakfast was good. Worth the price. Hotel ambience was great, you'll be greeted by a very nice scent upon entering the lobby.

We had a very comfortable stay with excellent sleep quality. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four.

Over — all it was a comfortable stay. Service was friendly… the hotel was not too far from where I had to go to… but not walkable to the malls. Bluebird taxi was very efficient.

The room are nice. The design theme, the space quite spacious. Just the bathroom that is a bit odd for the placement. In general the atmosphere of the hotel is a vibe.

Truly love the hotel’s ambience. Its located close to few mall and the hotel room is immaculate. Mr Delvin is very friendly and welcoming.

Overall, an excellent experience in May 2026 and will definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta for my next city stay. 1 bed exec room was very spacious for my 13 nights, and good value.

It's a brand new property in the middle of Jakarta. I stayed during Chinese New Year holiday in 2 bedrooms with family. The room is smaller than other Ascott property but it's all new.

Stayed here to attend a family wedding. The place is very strategic location wise, clean rooms and basement parking fit for 6-8 cars with room to spare.

The room is so cozy and their services to customer is very welcome… the best place to stay for work or leisure with your friends and families.

Overall is good here… except no swimming pool and the gym is tiny. But I enjoy watching the view from the top of the hotel. The breakfast is great too.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 days and 2 nights, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and cleanliness.
