Nice hotel so far.
But the service could be improved asap.

Oops, no pool (need to change the listing). But, good price for a nice, clean room. Air conditioning worked well, and breakfast had a nice selection.

I’ve stayed at Rooms INC Sudirman twice now, once for a week-long staycation in December and again for an overnight in January, and I am already looking forward to my third visit.

Best hotel in town.

Good service with responsive staff and cozy place, for swimming pool can be improve again. But overall highly recommend place.

The hotel located at the prime location of Sudirman street, around 500 meters from Setiabudi Astra MRT Station. The room is quite spacious for the price offered.

Bfast is good, not just fried rice but also porridge, and menus as seen in my photos. Service is good, helpful crew.

Overall a 4.5/5! So good. Love the room size. The only complaint is that the shower head can changed… it’s moldy. But good hot water running.

Excellent service from Ms. Selma front desk staff. She helped me to find my registration that was listed by different name. She provided me with excellent service, friendly and professional.

The room is clean, water pressure is really low with weird shower head placement. But overall the stay was nice! the hotel is located in a strategic place! service is 100!

They have increase the level of services, food and meeting room conditions. The pool also nice and clean Even its not big enough. The restaurant and the food not too bad.

This is a good hotel in the center of Jakarta. I went here to swim. Rather quiet place. But some corners are dirty with rests of cigarettes. Need to clean it much more.

Already booked three times for my sister, who’s going through chemotherapy, so she could have some relaxing time after her treatments. The team has been really accommodating with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect it's conveniently close to public facilities, especially the mall.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Mangrove forest as part of our honeymoon. She had visited the spot with.
Colleagues when she was in Jakarta for work and insisted we visit together.

A hidden gem tucked right into the mangrove swamp! The rooms are spacious (but dark), with a unique setting that makes you feel immersed in nature.

The hotel is located very central, between two train lines accessible by easy walking.

The reception staff are exceptionally kind, especially the two ladies at the front desk who were very helpful and showed great hospitality.

What a worthy place! The location is near from halte for transjakarta, easy to move around. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms is clean ans tidy.

We went to a neighbor's wedding party, not staying at the hotel. It's a big hall with arranged seats so the guests can eat with peace.

Service in restaurant and housekeeping are very good. Location very ideal to move around Ancol. Swimming pool is clean but not attended by staff. Only 1 pool was operating.

The building was spacious, we booked the junior suite with 4 beds (1 double, 2 single bed). It has kitchen, bathroom, living room, and right outside the backdoor is the lake.

Quite comfortable place to stay, quiet environment and location in the city center.

Big and clean room with affordable price in Pakubuwono area. It has swimming pool, gazebo, dining room, free water. You can use microwave in the dining area, read some japanese book and manga.
