Good location, good staff, bad lighting.

Fasilitasnya secara keseluruhan oke. Mudah diakses, AC dingin, kamar bersih, air panas lancar, tapi pelayanannya buruk. Dari awal sampai ke hotel sudah merasa pelayanan kurang oke. Mobil sudh parkir di depan lobby lagi nurunin barang disuru nunggu trolinya masi dipakai krn katanya cuma Punya 1 troli (untuk hotel Besar gini masa cuma punya 1? ). Kemudian telfon lobby untuk pinjam sendok jawabannya: silahkan nomor telfon sekian untuk hubungi restaurant (yakali guestnya yg suru telfon sendiri? ). Kemudian saya hubungi restoran untuk minta sendok makan dan sendok teh. Ternyataaa pihak restoran blg kalau tdk punya sendok teh (hahh? Gajelas bangett) dann pinjam sendoknya kena charge. Well i'm okay with the facilities but im sorry the service is so poor.

I was coming for my friend's wedding, the ballroom is huge, and it can hold to thousand people I think, the interior lobby of hotel looks neat and futuristic. I think this is a decent hotel :)

Good stay for Business and meeting with affordable price and standard service. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite place for relaxing after business hours, foot massage and reflexology is available beside the reception or front office. Best location, next to Autoparts Center. Close to highway gate.

New hotel, comfy enough, lack of facilities and breakfast.

Nice and friendly receptionist. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and cozy. There were sofa, desk, safety box, electric kettle, flat screen TV with cable channels, towel and slippers provided in the room. Bathroom was so clean but I found the shampoo dispenser was not worked. I already asked the staff to fix it, but they didn't fixed it. Thanks god I brought my own shampoo. Breakfast was good and tasty. Artha Gading Mall just a short walk from the Hotel.

Decent hotel but despite booking a no smoking room they did not have 1 available.

Budget business hotel purposed for guest from Kelapa Gading and Sunter area. Receptionist said, hotel quite full during weekday, and near full on weekend. Having spacious parking lots, meeting room and also ballroom for 500 pax.

This is a place if you are looking for a hotel that are near the malls and you have business in sunter and kelapa gading area.

The breakfast is cold and its seems like from two days ago not fresh like they just make it hot and give it to us But from the price of room and hotel and all is best choice for standard budget.

VERY BAD HOTEL the service is not good 'my room was not cleaned properly' window also can not open all the closed room 'was also no fridge' its very2 not good.

Got the potential to be more than 2 stars hotel. Love the room and the auomotve concept. Dig some more please, like real outdoor lounge, cafe, restaurant or maybe pool.

Very bad service hotel. My room was not cleaned properly; there are trash left behind, towels and bad linen not replaced, soap and shampoo runs out, the breakfast menu is not complete, Wi-Fi error. Not a recommended hotel!

Cabin Hotel is great medium budget hotel. Big room, clean and comfort you will get here.

Usuallf quiet, good for resting.

Close to MOI and other malls and shopping places. Little less side of the intense traffic seen inside Jakarta areas. 3star hotel so rooms are nice but no high tech facilities like a 5star hotel.
