Look very cozy and strategis go to mall of indonesia many nice place like portablekitchen meanfull.

I feel like inside of the ship. Simple though. Let's rest.

My first disappointment was a windowless room! Also I stayed in a superior double room but the room had very little space for two people. On the other hand, the staff were very accommodation and friendly.   The place was a little bit dirty spotted at the floor. Bed sheet are clean but Maybe because of low quality looks dirty and old. Need improvement on privacy, because I can hear clearly someone talk outside.

Decoration and cleaness was good enough. But lobby or rexption are little big noisy when late evening time.

Clean room. Quite small room but still comfortable. Staff are friendly. Easy car parking. There is restaurant at GF and 5 star reflexy. There is karaoke & bar in this building.

Decent rooms for a small family or two people. Several floor tiles are cracked and discolored but the floor is quite clean overall. It'd be better if the room came with a shoe rack so that the guests can place their dirty shoes inside it. Shower room & toilet are decently equipped and somewhat luxurious, if one could ignore the discolored tiles. Room services & staff hospitality are definitely top rate. But most importantly, the bed is one of the best beds that I've ever slept in.

They have a quite famous restaurant below … The hotel itself located in 3rd and above. They have this sidepool bar n restaurant Talking about the room, They have quite good room, but somehow the sound from outside can be listened so easily from your room.

Stay only one night, and it was more thn enough! Small room, clogged bathroom, impolite staffs, not helpful security, and the worse… the restaurant for bfast, out door restaurant but they not prepare the hot weather, we ate bfast under the sun!. Gosh! Very Not Recommended.

Staffs were so kind, we were allowed to check-in early. Reasonable price and many variant of breakfasts. Room was clean and cozy, but was not soundproof. I could hear a couple fight in front of my room at the midnight. They have pool and you can enjoy your breakfast beside the pool. In the 2nd night, they were being late to gave me the new towel. I had to call the receptionist so many times to got the new towel.

Kamar mandi nya aneh, lantainya nanjak jadi air susah mengalir ke pembuangan. Jadinya air tergenang dan meluber ke lantai kamar tidur. Jijik.

It's a good place to have a small wedding party.

Just okay, hot water is not consistently available and my room's (334) had its drainage blocked, i've complained and they've fixed but it's happen over and over again. But the hotel is situated in a really clean and nice environment and also easy to reach.

Easy to access as kelapa gading is very jammed nowadays. Good reflexion and tradiitional massage in Five Star Massage and Reflexiology.

Not yet perfect services. BathSoap didn't check regulerly. It was empty while using bathrooms. MY ROOMS sewer didnt function properly. Water waste flows until under the bed. Quite annoying.

The place is good, comfort, and enjoyable. Good place for a rest. The room not too big, but suit for a one-two people. There's also a pool if you want to swim. Lol.

Rather fancy hotels… medium class. Bar and cafe in the inside. Located near big road. Easy access to toll road.

A hotel which is has everything from entertainment, dining, bar, live bands in 2 different enviroment (open by-the-pool or indoor) for the 2 in-hse-bands, also a spa (R&R), in hse bakery n more… to know more. Uve goto check in urself n explore to believe… *recomended*. (Even the staff (friendly) from the moment u make ur way to d enterance. Security is good … ull b scan before entering… keep up the good work.

The room is quite cozy although doesn't have window. Bathroom is clean.

Value for money at that rate, comfortable for short business stay. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast consider ok.
Will be better if sound proof of room improved.

Unknown well No big brand shown in the buliding. People usually have wrong location with grand whiz.

The hotel is clean, quite fast check in, clean room & the room is not too big but not too small. This place also have a bar. Massage & reflexy for you to relax.

Nice hotel but limited parking space.

The food is so tasty and delicious. Nice live music. Fancy. Recommend to meet up, hang out or eat good food.
