This would be my first time wring a review at any hotel that I have stayed.
The amenities they have in the room are out of hand especially the bathroom. The water smells really bad that we had to wait for more than 30 minutes until it is "barely" useable. The shampoo and soap… oh gosh it reeks and smalls like a rotten egg. Asked for the room service to change them but eventually the whole refill of both shampoo and soap smells that we had to buy from outside instead. The room service he tried his best to change them without knowing the source of both shampoo and soap smells but then he only changes them with his shoes on, creating mess from the bathroom and did not clean it. Leaving his shoe marks here and there…
Please, do better next time.

Decent business lodge in the middle of busy Jakartan streets. Room was okay, but everything else you need to pay a little bit of attention. My room's AC unit was not cool enough during the day, that's a bummer. And one silly thing about this room is that the closet/bathroom door is 100% TRANSPARENT. I mean, it's not a problem if you're traveling alone or with your partner, but what if you're staying here with your friend, or cousin, it will be a headache. Lol.

Room is almost identical to pictures shown in the listing but staff service can definitely be improved (more friendly and helpful). The Wi-Fi is really bad but what's worse is that I overheard the receptionist saying the Wi-Fi has been unstable for the past 3 days which made me believe they only reported it to the Wi-Fi operator when a complaint is finally made. When I asked if the Wi-Fi is bad in other rooms too, the receptionist said no and the Wi-Fi in my room was the only bad one but did not further any solution until I demanded one. Overall it's pretty bad, if I were to choose to stay in flat06 again, I would prefer other locations (had a pleasant stay in flat06 cipete).

The place, staff, location all good. Really good but please be concern with the Wi-Fi. Like once in a week I stay there, but I never can be work because the Wi-Fi always poor. Never used at laptop, I move work at rooftop, also rooftop there is no conection. Please be concern with that. Anf once again. About the water so smell. I cant brush my teeth with that water. Thankyouu :)

The room is clean, the bed is very comfy but the water in the bathroom stinks really bad so we didn't end up showering or even brush our teeth, we had to use mineral water to brush our teeth. The smell of the water makes the whole room stinks.

Great Location and Nice Hotel, but I was unlucky.
Stay on last May year, my review same with on Agoda.
The hotel very nice, the location very near with the street, the interior and building very nice. But we have issue during our stay with the toilet. We found a lot of hair on the toilet bowl and when we call the housekeeping he doesn't explain why that's happen. The bath towel stained and I think its dirty, cant be use again we already inform to the reception.

Before the arrival I called the property to ask for an early check-in at 12:00pm the staff said "no cannot", I said if the room is available would you be able to write a comment he said "I don't know". How come a staff talks in this way? At least be generous and say subject to availability we will writre down the comment for example. At the time we arrived it was 11:40am and we asked from the staff to allow us to use the room by 12:00pm because one of us has a flight after 5 hours so we need to rest for a while before his flight. The staff denied to give the room before 14:00 with a reason the rooms all are full. When we explained to him that we need to rest a bit for a flight later then he gave us the room at 12:00pm which was empty and available since we arrived and not all the rooms are full because we waited at the cafe in the hotel and the staff just opened the room in front of us, it was clean and ready. I own a guesthouse in Thailand and my staff are trained to treat the customer as part of the house so as long as the room is available we do not mind to open it for them. Breakfast was great and rich. It is an open buffet with Asian and Western food. The rooms are nice and lovable cozy. I loved the decoration. The morning staff were nice and friendly.
