This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are eager to help. The rooms are huge. Bed was very comfortable.

We were visiting Jakarta from India and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gran Meliá Jakarta, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The hotel is relatively new and is conveniently located next to the five Indah malls. The interior finish is beautiful with lots of marble.

The room are nice. The design theme, the space quite spacious. Just the bathroom that is a bit odd for the placement. In general the atmosphere of the hotel is a vibe.

Truly love the hotel’s ambience. Its located close to few mall and the hotel room is immaculate. Mr Delvin is very friendly and welcoming.

We’ve been staying long-term at Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta and it’s been wonderful. We always request Nabila to clean our room because she’s just the best—so friendly and thorough.

Highly recommended for a family staycation! The room is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and there’s complimentary coffee. There are also lots of fun activities for kids.

Overall, the room and bathroom r clean. The location is also near to Lotte mall and ciputra entrepreneur hall. There's electric keetle inside the room along with its condiments (inst. Tea and coffee).

Stayed for two weeks in a deluxe room where I got fridge and bathtub. Spacious bathroom, water pressure was nice and water heater worked well.

A very clean room with a queen size bed with a good mattress, 2 pillows, blanket, sheets, small writing desk and wardrobe.
All rental rooms have windows some rooms upstairs with better view though.
