I’ve stayed at some of the most beautiful and well known properties in the world, but the service at Four Seasons Jakarta is truly incomparable. We had only booked a one night stay before our flight back the next day and so I didn’t have much expectations of experiencing the property. But the hotel staff made us feel like we were there for much longer. For starters, they go above and beyond. We bought antiques from a market that we had requested to be wrapped and the concierge and his team went out of their way to make sure that we were okay with the materials and the way the objects were handled. A big special shoutout to front desk manager Robbi who ensured we had a comfortable stay, even extending our checkout to the latest possible time we’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing, which made for a less stressful trip home.
We also loved our suite as it was so spacious and comfortable, with huge and ergonomic beds.
Tip: Please make sure you get the breakfast as the pastry room alone is worth the entire stay.
