Great hotel for a short stop in the heart of Surabaya city. Location is perfect, price is very affordable, clean room and bathroom, great service and hospitality from the staffs as well.
One thing to improve is the lighting in the hall (when stepping out of the lift) and bathroom, it's a little too dim to my liking and give some creepy vibes. Hopefully they can do something about it in the future.
