The lobby is filled with people smoking and it smells really bad.
The bed sheets are not clean, with stain and dirt.
I asked the staff if can be changed but he said its clean its just a stain.
Walls are stained, ceiling is broken, 1 pillow smells like mans perfume 1 pillow smells like head oil (basically used) and lastly the bathroom smells like pee upon entering.
We asked for cancellation and refund, staff said do on the application but application said non refundable. I guess thats money gone.
