My 3-night stay at this place.
I stayed here for three nights from june 26-29, 2024, in a twin plus room. I had my eye on this place for a month, hoping for a queen bed, but sadly, it was sold out before I booked.
The room was spacious, the environment was clean, and the interior was glamorous, classy, luxurious, exclusive, and modern. The staff (or perhaps the owner? ) were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated their service!
One unpleasant experience was when a stranger (i think another guest) knocked on my door and tried to open it. I asked the staff to address the situation, as it was quite annoying.
The place has five floors and a small but functional elevator. If you get a higher floor, you don't have to worry about getting tired walking up the stairs.
Unfortunately, I could hear some noise from outside the room, but the other guests were generally respectful and quiet.
Overall, this place is a great mid-range option. I would rate it 4.8/5 and definitely recommend it if you're visiting surabaya. I think you'll love it too!
Service apartment style. Room was quiet and clean. Staffs were very helpful. Coffee shops in walking distance. Not very city center but quiet neighborhood.
