I had a wonderful experience staying at Ascent Premiere Hotel Pasuruan. Despite arriving late at night around 10 or 10:30 PM after a long journey, the staff welcomed me warmly and made check-in quick and smooth. Their support and hospitality truly stood out.
I stayed in **Room 507**, which was very clean and well-prepared. The bed was comfortable with fresh sheets and clean towels provided. The room also came with complimentary water bottles, coffee, and hangers to organize my clothes—small details that really made a difference.
I had a restful sleep, and in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the **breakfast buffet**. There was a wide variety of options including **Indonesian dishes, Japanese selections, fresh fruits, omelets, and a standout item: ginger tea**. The ginger tea was a highlight for me—absolutely refreshing and delicious!
The hotel is also **conveniently located close to the city center**, which makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Overall, I highly recommend Ascent Premiere Hotel Pasuruan. The **hospitality, cleanliness, food, and location** all exceeded my expectations. It’s a definite **5 out of 5** from me.

Stayed for two nights on Dec 15, 2024 and then another two nights on Dec 20, 2024. The hotel's location is quite strategic. The rooms were okay, the pool and the gym however needed improvement, although we could understand that since Pasuruan is a small town and the hotel is probably the best hotel there, maybe there weren't many people using those facilities. Our kids loved the kids corner. The staff was nice and handy, we could recognize some of them in the hotel's corporate video. :)

Rooms really good, neat tidy and clean. Food are really good. Service from staff are excellent particullarly I met Yusuf who is super friendly and really helpful. Definitely will comeback in the future.

Great hotel with clean & spacious rooms, good food, friendly & helpful staff also good laundry service with affordable prices. Laundry staff named Fani is very friendly & helpful.

Room is affordable price. Food are local traditional with general comment food.
Service are good, helpful and good attitude.
Overall are good to stay for business and travel.

Their room never sanitized, I often find bugs, mosquito.
For some room, the barcode to show their menu is unavailable. Like one of their restaurant FO asked me to check their TV channel 1 or 0, there's no barcode shown.
Actually, their hotel services is not yet improve, and I always change my complaint in this Google review.

I think it is one of the best hotel in Pasuruan. The staffs are friendly and fast response.
The location is not far from Industrial Estate — well suited if you have projects in PIER. The hotel facilitynis good.

I am outsiders guest. I go with my brother to feel the swimming pool vibes in this hotel. I ever to go at another hotel. So this is not my first experience to visit hotel. I like the service from the reception, if I'm not mistaken their names are Fitri and Ratna. And the security also helpfulness and talking active with me. He said he is a retired TNI. But, It's a shame for the staff in the pool area, I don't know their names. They were in a "bergerombol" and gave bad service when I first arrived, something like not impolite I think. And also security in basement area is not helpfulness like security in a lobby area. Thank you, just my review for this hotel. And my any suggestions pls for the restroom in the pool area to be cleaned because there is dirty "ada uget uget". Thank you.

Such a good place to stay and take a rest. The food is good and various. Deluxe room was good but the executive room was the best. Could have the view from the sixth floor and it was amazing. With the staff Miss Amanda who always cared and patient to serve what the customer needs.

One of the best hotels in the town, clean rooms, nice staff.
The negatives: the rooms have so thin walls, you can hear everyone everywhere.
Some rooms are divided by the door, so even more noise.
The restaurant have awesome soups, but mediocre main courses.
