I really ask everyone to read this review and never book this place. We were scammed out of money by a B&B. When we checked in, there was a car going to Banyuwangi. We asked if there would be a special car. The staff here said it was his friend's car and sent it to Probolinggo at 10 o'clock every morning, and then to Banyuwangi. The price is twice as expensive as other buses, but if it is not a bus, we can accept being twice as expensive. So I gave half of the money first. Later, I tried to ask my boss to help me with the train problem, but he refused to help. He also said that his mobile phone could not make calls. He kept saying that he paid the driver and helped book the car. As a result, we agreed to take the bus at 10 o'clock, but it hadn't arrived yet at 11 o'clock. The driver seen at the scene was also gone. Then they threw us directly onto a bus that didn’t know where we were going. Later the bus driver said he had not received any money at all! And this B&B directly swallowed up our 300K IDR. They offered to book a motorcycle for us for 150K per person one way, but we refused. Our motorcycle along the way was only 20K. Please don’t book here.

Very disappointing, not recommended, the price on the Agoda/Traveloka application and when you arrive at the place does not match. Access to the hotel is also difficult. When confirmed, the owner argued that he did not understand this, which was very unreasonable. The fall seems to trap customers. Do business honestly and you will be blessed!

Be careful not to book under any circumstances. Rooms are simply overbooked, despite booking confirmation. When we arrived in front of the accommodation there were already other tourists waiting who had been sent away even though they had also booked a room. After we asked if they could help us find alternative accommodation, they refused and didn't seem to care what happened to us. It has to be said that we arrived in the evening when the weather was bad and no accommodation was offered online in the immediate vicinity. There is no empathy or compassion here. We finally found another accommodation after 1 1/2 hours of searching. 0 stars.

We booked this hotel via Agoda. We arrived after a 12 hour travel and they was full. They got rid of our booking and hadn’t communicate anything, we had to find somewhere else. We didn’t arrive late only 17:00pm so I don’t understand why they done this. Customer service was awful! Do not run the risk to travel all the way here and your room be given away.

1. The hot water is not bad… Even though sometimes it doesn't run smoothly.
2. Towels are not fun, so you have to bring your own.
3. Not pleasant soap and toothbrush like other Oyo hotels.
4. Wi-Fi is not smooth.
5. Staff service is really good.
