Worse hospitality service I got ever. I got tricked by the Reddorz App where my search filter is set to 1 Room and 2 Guest, and their Single Room type appear. When I came they told me the Single Room is for 1 guest only and that additional bed is not an option. And guess what they told me to check if the money I paid is refundable. When I said no they game me a cup of tea to cry with. I mean you dont even give any solution. The gusthouse is quite full so if I were them refunding a customer's money (which is only 92, 500IDR) should exactly have been done to make a customer's less upset, yet they acted like it is ENTIRELY my problem. Burn!
