We were here recently.
We ended up in a room where the bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned and the glasses in the bathroom were still dirty!
There were only a few towels, only two big ones and a small one for two adults and a small child.
There weren't many outlets, and for some reason these were the shortest beds we had (luckily we're both not too tall).
The restaurant was okay.

Located in exclusive Malang residential, it's Quiet ambience suitable for relaxing place in the middle of the City. The hospitality is excellent, service with a smile. Room's is clean and fragrant. They had lots of Breakfast menus variation, I loved the authentic dishes of East Java. Will comeback someday to this Hotel.
