I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Santosa. Upon arrival, I found cockroaches in the room and hallway, and the bathroom was filthy, with grime everywhere and an unwashed bath mat. The shower consisted of just a bucket of water without a proper showerhead, and the humidity had damaged the bathroom door. Additionally, there were no fans or towels provided, and the staff didn't even ask for our passports. We checked out only 20 minutes after checking in. Although the two men at the reception seemed kind and apologetic, we couldn't stay due to these conditions and ended up at the Grand Palace Hotel Malang nearby.
